To assist in the management and supervision of the day-to-day operation of the engineering department, ensuring that product quality standards are consistently achieved and that outstanding service is provided to guests and colleagues in accordance with hotel and MOHG standards and business objectives. Responsible for overall property maintenance of hotel buildings and equipment including furniture, fittings and fixtures. Ensure engineering works within hotel operation conforms to W Hotels Engineering Standard and local regulation. 【岗位职责】 1、落实岗位责任制和运行规程，确保所管辖的配电、水暖、空调、锅炉系统的正常运行。 2、实施管理范围内设备的维修保养计划，保证这些计划按预定的规范要求，按时按质完成。 3、对酒店改造工程，外包大修工程应积极组织人员密切配合，保证施工质量与进度。 4、制定本班组的备品、备件计划。 5、检查所辖范围内的设备运行状况、环境卫生、安全保障，杜绝非公务人员进入机房，保证设备安全。 6、组织实施工程部领导的运行调度指令和日常维修改造指令，并监督、检查完成情况。 【岗位要求】 1、高中学历，从事设备管理工作5年以上。 2、有强烈的事业心与责任感，对工作一丝不苟，任劳任怨。 3、具有空调设备操作证。 4、对酒店机电工程设备、建筑设备等的布局、功能有较深的了解，具有较强的综合分析、判断能力和应急能力，具有协调运行班组人员关系、合理调配人力和一定的组织管理能力。 5、身体健康，精力充沛。
