【岗位职责】
1.
Handle inquires and bookings in accordance with the department’s procedures and guidelines.
按照部门工作程序处理客房的预订和咨询。
2.
Review and deals with the daily reservation. To deal with faxes, correspondence checking (VIP’s, regular guest…), group allocations, and to respond to guest requests on a daily basis.
检查处理日常预订工作,处理传真、确认客人相关情况、团队房间安排以及及时处理客人需求。
3.
Record and processes in-coming reservations and group reservations.
记录所有新进的预订。
4.
Record and processes group reservations.
记录并处理团队预订。
5.
Ensure all facts of a reservation have been taken action.
Example: Transportation, Arrival Time,
Amenity and special requirements etc.
确保所有与预订有关的事宜都作妥善处理。
6.
Provide information to clients on hotel services, activities and attractions in the local area.
向客人提供有关酒店服务,活动和观光景点的信息。
7.
Records special billing arrangements for groups and MICE(Meeting, Incentive, Conventions, Exhibition)
录入有关团队和会议的特殊付款需求。
8.
Handle and follows up allotments, waiting lists and customer deposits.
处理、跟进配合,团队名单及预订押金。
9.
Process cancellation/amendments (Incl. Extended Stay & Early Departure) for FIT and group
reservations.
处理取消,更改预订(诸如:延住和提早离店等等)。
10.
Investigate and handles no show reservations.
调查并处理预订未到的预订。
11.
Liaise with Credit Manager for all reservations requiring credit approval.
与信贷经理联系有关信贷安排的预订。
12.
Be aware of rate changes/ special offers/promotions/close out dates.
悉知房价变动,特殊安排,各种促销活动和预订截止日期。
13.
To be fully conversant with all market segment and rate plans, together with special rates and packages.
悉知酒店各个市场细分和价格代码。
14.
Monitor reservation levels and inform Reservation supervisor on current and future occupancy rates.
监控预订情况并通知预订部主管目前和未来的住房率。
15.
Prepare reservation sales reports
准备销售报表。
16.
To maintain high level of guest telephone contact skills while promoting the Hotel.
按照酒店标准保持高水准的电话应答技巧推销酒店产品。
17.
Ensure all guest request are responded to immediately.
确保所有客人的需要都被及时回复。
18.
Ensure correct and relevant information to the operating departments so that customer’s expectations
are satisfied.
确保将正确的信息传达至相关的运作部门以此来保证客人的要求能够实现,达到客人满意。
19.
Handle inquiries and carry out bookings for Marriott Marsha in accordance with hotel procedures and
processes.
处理各种询问,按照酒店流程执行万豪中央预订系统给予的预订。
20.
Co-operate with customers and other departments to prepare and find solutions for arrangements for
guest.
与客户及其他部门合作,做好预订准备工作。
21.
Prepare and maintains files, reports, letters, memorandums and other relevant business documentation.
对文档,报告,信函,公文和其他相关业务资料进行有效维护和存档。
22.
Carries out other tasks as directed by supervisors.
完成上级交代的其他任务。
23.
Abides by the Marriott Employee Handbook.
遵守万豪酒店的员工守则。
24.
Abides by both the hotel and Marriott policies and procedures.

Ensure data consistency between PMS systems and Marsha systems

【岗位要求】
1.
Minimum 1 year experience in hotel industry
至少有1年的酒店业工作经验。
2.
Access and uses of Sales & Reservation Computer programs.
掌握运用销售及预订电脑系统。
3.
Access and uses approved computer software.
掌握应用已批准的软件。
4.
Ability to work independently and as a team.
独立工作的能力及团队工作的能力。
5.Good command of spoken and written English.
良好的英语口语和书写能力。
6.Associate degree or above.
大专以上学历。
