Primary Responsibilities 主要职责:
· Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow up.
· Establish and instruct talent in cash security procedures.
· Supervise the maintenance of service equipment.
· Build and maintain positive relationships with all internal customers and guests in order to exceed their needs.
· Take action to address these needs in order to exceed their expectations.
· Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests.
· Maintain current Hotel information to be able to provide information to guests.
· Deals diplomatically and skillfully during guest interactions.
· Supervise outlet service.

Knowledge and Experience 知识和经验:
· Good oral and written communication skills.
· Experienced in all aspects of restaurants service.
· Hotel Restaurant Management graduate.
· Minimum 1 - 2 years Hotel experience with at least 1 year in a International operation environment.
