WHAT YOU’LL DO:Sales Development· Manage and develop hotel ongoing and new online sales initiatives· Conduct regular reviews of the property’s e-commerce distribution mix to ensure that the hotel has the optimal combination to maximise revenues and profitability· Report on consolidated trends including but not limited to traffic, room nights, booking, revenue, website conversion, market and channel mixSEM and SEO· Develop and execute SEM and SEO strategy· Conduct frequent reviews to maximise traffic to hotel websiteOnline Activity Analysis· Constantly monitor web and OTA performance · Suggest and implement improvement measures· Monitor, reply and analyze online guest comments from Guest Experience and Restaurants & Bars departments· Work closely with Marketing Communications to ensure that all produced content follows brand standard Website and Online Communications· Ensure consistent and customer targeted content on website and online communications e.g. EDM to maximise traffic and conversionSocial Media· Manage hotel social media channels and campaigns· Drive hotel revenue through social media activities Corporate Initiative and Project Support· Assist with group project activities and sale campaigns· Constant and pro-active updates to corporate office on online activity performance and new initiativesYOUR SUCCESS: · Increase online revenue and room night production· Increase online conversion benchmarks· Increase online traffic· Maximise online revenue by upholding direct sales initiatives· Build the hotel brand online WHAT YOU’LL GET: At Swire Hotels, we ask a lot of our team members, which is why we give so much in return. At least 5 years experience in multiple disciplines with knowledge of sales, e-commerce, and revenue.Personality: - Passionate and knowledgeable. - Independent, self-motivated and determined.
