    The Director of Sales and Marketing is the leader of the sales and marketing strategy for the hotel. This role leverages a deep understanding of the marketing and sales channels that drive business in order to maximize property sales from an occupancy, market share, profit, customer engagement, and overall best stay experience for our guests. This leader should have in-depth understanding of proactive and reactive sales strategy, and take initiative to create programs that maximize sales in relevant channels. The Director of Sales and Marketing monitors property participation in and yield from sales channels (e.g., Property Sales, Marriott.com, Online Travel Agencies, and other Intermediaries) and develops strong working relationships to proactively position and market the property. The Director of Sales and Marketing provides oversight to marketing and communication resources for the hotel, and is chiefly responsible for planning, building, and enabling their team to execute on its brand(s) marketing strategy. This leader takes care to ensure his/her team effectively promotes the hotel in traditional, online, and PR channels. This role serves as a key point of connectivity for the global sales strategy and the global brand marketing and ecommerce strategies; balancing the execution of these plans in a way that drives profit for the owners and awareness for the brand.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责 1. Research the Hotel competition and independent operations of catering establishments, bars & restaurants and spas to understand the strengths, weaknesses opportunities and threats in the in the market and situate our products to have unique positions in the market to grow revenues and market share. 研究酒店的餐饮、水疗中心和酒吧等场所的优势和弱势,抓住竞争市场中的机遇,避开风险,将酒店的产品置于一个独特的位置,从中增长酒店收益。 2. Along with the Hotel Operations team develop product strategies for the major revenue streams of the Hotel positioning each as independent business units although building on the synergies that can be developed in a Hotel environment, which covers Rooms, Food & Beverage, Catering and Spa. 与酒店运营团队一起协商制定收益策略,使酒店的客房、餐饮、会议和水疗中心成为酒店的主要收益来源。 3. The product strategies developed would include building on existing product lines but also new product ideas to drive revenue and market share. 产品开发策略包括现有产品和新开发产品,从而驱动市场份额和收益。 4.With the Director of Sales, Director of Events and Revenue Manager ensure to price the Hotel to maximize revenues and grow market share. 与各销售总监和收益总监确保酒店价格利益的最大化和市场份额的最大化。 5. On an ongoing daily basis direct research into the pricing strategies of competitive hotels and independent operations of catering establishments, bars & restaurants and spas to ensure that our price positioning is appropriate to drive revenues and market share. 每天研究竞争酒店的定价策略,使本酒店的客房、餐饮、水疗中心等部门的定价处于合理化状态,并且达到市场份额的最大化。 6.Implement a complete effective pricing strategy within the hotel room product to ensure that revenues are maximized and pricing between different segments is appropriate. To optimize market share. 确保酒店有一个完整有效的定价策略,达到收入最大化以及各差价之间的合理化。优化市场份额。 7. Sales:销售 a) Direct all sales activities within the Hotel including room sales, events sales and reservations. 监督和指导酒店所有的销售活动,包括客房预订和会议场地的销售。 b) Direct the appropriate use of sales automation ensuring that the information technology deployed is protecting our intellectual capital and making an efficient sales operation. 监督和指导自主化销售,确保部署的信息成为有效的销售操作。 c) Develop effective sales management strategies for both existing and targeted accounts in conjunction with the Director of Sales, Director of Events and the GSOs in our feeder markets. 与各销售总监针对GSO市场的情况,制定有效的销售策略和管理策略。 8. Media Relations媒介 a) Direct the media relations strategy to ensure the hotel and its operating departments obtain the largest editorial coverage within the competitive set. 监管与媒介的关系,确保酒店和运营部门在媒介报道内获得一定的竞争地位。 b) Set media impression and media dollar budgets for the Hotel to achieve. 设置酒店在媒介中的印象,从而达到酒店的预计效果。 9. Through effective media relationship building ensure the senior executives within the Hotel become known as the industry experts in their particular field and are on a first call basis with any media reporting on hotel topics. 通过与媒体的有效接触,提高酒店管理层在业内的知名度,使酒店成为有特色的酒店。 10. Brand Communications品牌效应 a)  Be the Langham Brand Steward within the Hotel ensuring that all adverting and graphic identity is in line with corporate guidelines. 确保酒店的所有图标和广告符合朗廷集团的品牌标准。 b)  Manage the Langham „Brand-print within the organization ensuring the Hotel in all its departments is true to our brand position and building on the strengths of the brand-print 确保酒店所有员工忠于集团品牌。 c) Direct the effective use of the hotels advertising budget to both build brand and sell tactical offers in all media including, print, outdoor, radio, TV and web and electronic based advertising. 利用有效的销售战略从而在媒介体现集团品牌效应。如:电视、广播、网站、印刷品和户外。 d) Direct the publication of all hotel sales and marketing collateral ensuring it is true to brand and in line with corporate guidelines. 确保酒店对外推广销售产品的真实性,符合集团的规定。 11. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)客户关系 a) Direct the CRM strategy of the hotel encompassing the building of our customer databases and effective communication to same. 监督酒店CRM的战略,确保客户数据和建立的一致性。 b) Direct and work with the relevant members of the hotel team with regards to the successful development, marketing and management of Langham Advantage (food and beverage recognition),Langham Privilege Club (accommodation guest recognition), Ouida ( bookers recognition and rewards) and Langham Press Club media recognition 监督和管理团队协作,对重要客户推广朗廷集团旗下的各项品牌产品。 c)        Attend assigned training sessions. 参加所有制定的培训课程。 12.     Direct GDS marketing plan to build market share from these important distribution systems. 监管GDS市场,制定针对性的销售系统。 13.     Direct and implement a comprehensive E-business strategy to deliver appropriate growth in revenues and market share delivered through brand.com and OTAs. 通过酒店官网和OTAs渠道,实现酒店收益的增长和市场的细分化。 14.     Direct and develop a comprehensive partner marketing program utilizing relationships with airlines, TMC‟s, corporate accounts, credit card companies, major events and sponsorship opportunities both nationally and locally. 利用与航空公司、TMC公司、信用卡中心和各国各地的赞助活动,全面推广销售计划挖掘客户。 15.     Ensure that the hotel is appropriately displayed in all distribution systems at all times to build revenues and maximize market share. 随时建立酒店分销系统,是酒店市场份额最大化。 16.     Direct the effective distribution of the hotel in international markets through the use of wholesale and retail relationships in both the traditional brochure market as well as the internet. 通过第三方销售、宣传册和互联网效应,打开酒店的销售市场。 17.     Prepare and implement the hotels sales and marketing plan including the development of the revenue budget for the hotel. 准备和实施酒店的销售计划和收入预算。 18.     Perform others duties assigned by the management. 履行管理层按安排的其他工作职责。
