【岗位职责】 确保拾楼酒吧日常酒水配制及质量。 做好吧台服务以及日常准备清洁工作，确保吧台设备、用品的保养和正常运转。 【岗位要求】 形象气质好，热情开朗大方，服务意识强。 具备调酒经验和技能，熟知酒水相关知识。 有调酒师技术证书资格者优先。 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。

1.负责大堂吧区域的日常服务工作，包括饮品制作、出品及服务； 2.为客人提供专业、热情、高效的餐饮服务，确保客人满意度； 3.保持大堂吧区域的整洁与卫生，包括吧台、桌椅及餐具的清洁与维护； 4.熟悉酒水单及菜单内容，能够为客人推荐合适的饮品及小吃； 5.协助完成库存管理，包括酒水、食材及消耗品的盘点与补充； 6.遵守酒店的服务标准及操作流程，确保服务品质的一致性； 7.处理客人的投诉及特殊需求，并及时向上级汇报； 8.参与部门培训，不断提升服务技能与专业知识。 任职要求： 1.学历不限，酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先； 2.有餐饮或酒店服务经验者优先； 3.具备良好的服务意识与沟通能力，能够与客人及同事有效互动； 4.形象端正，举止得体，具备较强的亲和力； 5.能够适应倒班工作制，包括周末及节假日； 6.具备基本的英语沟通能力，能够应对简单的英文服务需求； 7.工作认真负责，具备团队合作精神； 8.对酒水知识或咖啡制作有一定兴趣或基础者优先。

到岗：参与酒店开业筹备 岗位职责 1、负责大堂吧日常运营，咖啡、茶饮、鸡尾酒、特调饮品制作出品，做好酒水物料盘点、库存管理，把控物料损耗。 2、负责大堂吧台面服务、宾客接待、点单结算，做好饮品出品品质与服务礼仪，适配商务宾客接待。 3、落实吧台食品安全、器具清洗消毒，做好设备日常清洁保养，遵守食品卫生相关管理规范。 4、配合宴会、茶歇、会务活动，完成饮品配套出品及现场服务支持。 5、服从部门管理，参与开业前物资盘点、摆台、培训等筹开相关工作。 任职要求 1、1‑2年及以上高端酒店、精品酒店吧员岗位经验，会咖啡、鸡尾酒实操制作。 2、熟悉酒水、茶饮物料知识，了解吧台基础成本管控。 3、服务意识好，注重细节，沟通得体，形象气质佳。 4、能接受筹开阶段工作，适应轮班，抗压能力强。 待遇：五险一金，包食宿，薪资面议。

Double check list of items before “sending”. 能正确点击POS系统上面的所有项目，并在每次“送单”之前再从新检查一遍。 9.     Communicate with Kitchen for any guests’ special request and dietary requirements. 与厨师沟通关于客人对食物的特殊要求。 10.  To prepare the pantry and side station assigned with sufficient Mise en Place. 确保备餐间及工作柜的用具齐全。 11.  To maintain the back of the house neat, tidy, clean and safe. 维护后场的清洁干净，安全，整齐。 12.  Make sure that all product served are accounted for on the final bill before presenting it. 确保所有出品在递账单给客人之前上齐。 13.  Responsible for cash float and cashiering. 负责收银员的工作。 14.  Continuously monitor his/her section for maximum guest’s satisfaction. 最大限度的令客人满意。 15.  Set up tables according to reservation. 根据预定的情况摆台。 16.  To deliver the correct order to the table. 确保送到客人桌子上出品是正确无误的。 17.  To carry out daily, weekly and monthly inventory. 参与每天，每个星期，乃至每个月的盘点。 18.  Clear tables between courses throughout the meal. 当客人餐桌上有食物碎屑的时候清理桌面。 19.  To wish each and every guest a warm farewell and thank them for coming. 真心感谢每一个来大堂吧用餐的客人，谢谢他们的到来。 20.  To fully inform and aware about all information connecting to Food and Beverage outlets and IHG Group generally. 必须清晰的了解所有有关IHG酒店管理集团和餐饮部的信息。 21.  To have role of good Brand ambassador . 担当良好的形象大使。 22.  To maintain all Hotel’s assets. 维护酒店所有的资产。

Assist Captain and Management in taking food and beverage orders; retrieve and serve alcoholic /non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest tables; Perform according to standards on table service in assigned station according to restaurants specifications, courteously and efficiently. Assist in the maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment. Work in accordance to Managers and other superior’s request. 负责食物酒水的点单；为客人服务酒精/非酒精饮料和食物。根据餐厅的特殊情况直接服务和指挥员工服务客人。检查账单，协助餐厅区域的维修和设备保养。

工作职责 协助调酒师完成酒水准备、吧台清洁、物料盘点与补给。 学习酒水知识、调酒配方、器具使用与标准出品流程。 按要求清洗杯具、擦拭吧台、整理酒架，保持区域整洁卫生。 协助接待客人、点单、出品传递及简单桌面服务。 遵守酒店安全、卫生及吧台操作规范，杜绝浪费。 认真记录学习内容，主动练习调酒技能，完成师傅安排的其他工作。 任职要求 年龄 18–28 岁，身体健康，持有效健康证。 形象干净清爽，待人热情，沟通礼貌。 热爱调酒行业，愿意从基础做起，吃苦耐劳。 服从管理，执行力强，能适应倒班及晚班工作。 无不良嗜好，做事细心、有耐心，学习意愿强。 有酒店服务经验或餐饮经验者优先。
