Processes guests' orders in a timely manner whilst verifying that all items are prepared according to guests' requests and standards, offering a friendly and caring service at all time. 根据客人的要求及时跟进并在任何时候提供友好和关怀的服务。5. Keeps a discreet eye on the guests to ensure they are satisfied with the food and service, anticipates and responds to any additional requests and to determine when the course/meal has been completed. 保持谨慎的注视,确保顾客满意我们的食物和服务。6. Presents the check to the guests according to the outlet standards. Upon acceptance of payment, refers checks and payment to the cashier for closing. Keeps abreast of the food and beverage promotions, new menu items, daily specials, and other relevant information for the outlet guests. 为顾客提供酒店最新餐饮推广、新餐牌、每日推介和相关信息。10. To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage products and up sell alternatives. 彻底熟悉并掌握菜单上所有的餐饮产品知识,有能力推荐产品并且推销替代品。11. To perform opening and closing procedures established for the respective outlet as assigned. 执行各自餐厅建立的开档以及关档程序。12. To report guest complaints or problems to outlet supervisor / Assistant Manager and Manager if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests 对于顾客的投诉应当及时反馈至主管或者经理处,如果没有立即的解决方案请确保向客人跟踪反馈。13. To assist in carrying out daily, weekly, monthly and yearly inventory of operating equipment. 协助执行餐厅设备的每天,每周,每月以及每年的存货盘点。
