    1.接到已审批好的申购单后应认真检查后签收,然后分类装订好,以供收货时核对。2. 根据经审核批准的采购申请单、每日采购清单、补仓单进行数量验收,检查质量、保存期是否符合收货标准,严把检验关,难以分辨的请使用部门协助。3.有权拒收质量低劣、规格不符的物品,有权抵制任何未经批准的物品采购。4.在收货后认真核对申购单,未完成的申购单要在上面注明,以便下次验收使用。5.每日验收结束,将验收单据汇集并按工作要求传递到各相关岗位。6.收货后及时通知部门领取,同时将未到达货品的信息反馈给采购部。7.做好收货区域的卫生工作,做到干净整洁。8.保管好验收工具,正确使用电子称等仪器设备。9.做好收货记录及工作交接记录。

    PURPOSE OF JOB He guarantees and monitors the stock and the deliveries of the village.
