As a Service Leader - Room Service, we rely on you to
* Monitors and ensure smooth operations of Room Service
* Maintains consistency in quality of food and
beverage / service / cleanliness
* Handles minor complaints and reports them to the
Manager or Assistant for proper action
* Ensures co-operation and smooth communication between staff and other departments
We are looking for someone who:
* Has a passion for Food & Beverage
* Experience in Room Service, good F&B knowledge and service awareness
* Guest relations to host International tourist, good command of English is preferred
* Loves interacting with guests and customers
* Willing to work shifts
