Enter theguest room must be accompanied with the waiter and ask the waiter to sign onthe maintenance form when finish. 进入客房、办公室、公寓维修，要服饰整洁、礼貌、端正，进客房一定要由服务员陪同，当工作完成后，请服务员在维修单上签字。

Primary Responsibilities主要职责 1. Daily metering of electricity, steam,hot and cold  water，gas and oil consumption (log book). 记录日常电、蒸汽、冷热水、煤气、油的消耗量(日志)。 2. 负责维护和修复酒店各区域的墙面、壁纸、装饰品等，确保美观完好。 处理日常报修，如修补破损装饰、更换灯具窗帘等，保持酒店环境品质。 参与装饰改造项目，协助施工监督和验收，确保符合酒店设计标准。 管理装饰材料，合理使用库存，控制成本，减少浪费。 配合其他部门，快速响应客诉，并确保维修过程不影响客人体验。

对酒店的各种家具、墙纸、地毯、玻璃，各种墙面、各种天花、各种地面、非移动木装饰上进行合格的维修。
