Coordinate with Owner to confirm Pre-Opening period, coordinate with naked internal team to complete OS&E/POB document. 2) Coordinate design and construction critical issues that relate to operation. Conduct onsite inspections. 3) Provide training to Ops team for Defects list preparation, handover process. per naked brand standard and future maintenance needs. Push and monitor site defects rectification work progress. 4) Coordinate with owner and GC for T&C, work with operations to complete a smooth handover process. 5) Monitoring and pushing for corresponding project inspection licenses/certifications. 6) Participation in Opening decision making.   Core Competencies & Technical skills: The ideal candidate will be able to:   1) With strong internal and external communication skills, be able to handle with Owners, and various external parties.
