机修工岗位职责： 1. To guarantee the water supply and drainage of the hotel, the water system of fire protection, the fire protection fume machine, the positive pressure exhaust, and the device of kitchen, laundry in normal mode. 保证酒店的给排水、消防、防火油烟机、正压排气和厨房设备的正常运行。 2. To control the hot water temperature at  55℃±5℃. 控制酒店热水温度为55℃±5℃。 3. 强电工： 及时进行维修，安装，预防维护以及日常配电和灯光照明系统运行情况，包括酒店内高压开关，变压器，低压开关，过压保护电路，接地保护，电量计量表，辅偿电容器，直流充电装置，柴油发电机，弱电调光器，避雷器等运行情况，保持设备在高效和经济的运行状态。 装修工： 及时进行维护饭店装璜设施，包括饭店内家具，墙纸，室内装修，木装饰，地板，墙面漆，石器和装饰物等情况。

Position Summary职位概述: Electrician 强电技工： This position is concerned with the power supply in usual operation in the hotel. Proper functioning of all electrical equipment and appliances in the hotel. 配电值班保证酒店电力正常供给. 维护酒店所有电气设备和设施的正常运行。 Electrician 弱电技工： This position is concerned with the maintenance ,repair and operation of sound system and associated equipment of the hotel including public address system, security monitoring system, in-house movie system, back-ground music system, satellite system ，telephone system and fire alarming system in the hotel, ensuring the highest quality maintenance and maximum client satisfaction. 负责酒店音响设备的维修保养，并包括背景音乐, 监控，卫星电视, 电话，消防报警系统，确保高质量的保养和操作以满足客人的需求。 Electrician 机修技工： This position is concerned with all repair and maintenance and new installations of Kitchen, Laundry, Boilers, Swimming pool , all the plumbing、steam system,heat exchanger and  Health Club within the hotel; ensuring the highest quality maintenance, efficiently achieved with minimum operation interference. 负责维修保养酒店厨房设备、洗衣房设备、游泳池、各种给排水、蒸汽系统、热交换器和健身房设备等，确保设备处于良好的运转状态，降低影响正常运转的时间。 Electrician 空调技工： Maintain the working condition of AC facilities; minimize the power consumption and operational cost; make a good record of monthly, quarterly and yearly maintenance reports. 保证酒店空调设备正常运行, 尽可能降低能源消耗, 降低运行成本,做好各种设备的年度,季度,月度的保养与维修。 Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability 工作技能技巧要求： Electrician 强电技工： 1.Knowledge of hotel electric、transformer room 、generator  supply system. 掌握酒店强电、变电所、发电机供电系统。 2.Familiar with hotel engineering equipment maintenance and repair. 熟悉酒店工程设备的维护和保养。 Electrician 弱电技工： 1.Should have at least 1 years AV  working experience . 至少拥有1年以上弱电工作经验。 2.Electronic knowledge required. 具备电子方面的知识。 Electrician 机修技工： 1.Strong background of hotel Kitchen, Laundry, Swimming pool and Pipe etc equipment repair and maintenance. 有较强的厨房、洗衣房、游泳池、管道等设备的维修经验。 2.Both electrical and mechanic knowledge required. 需要强电和机械方面的知识。 3.To have welding skills. 具有焊接技术。 Electrician 空调技工： 1.Should have at least 1 years air condition, refrigeration working experience . 至少具有1年以上空调，制冷工作经验。 2.Graduated  from professional school. 专业技术学校毕业。
