l   Responsible for the building minor repairs such as removing and replacing bathroom tiles, ceilings, wallboard, floors, furniture and any other carpentry woodworks. Does painting and varnishing of furniture and other technical equipment according to the approved color. 主要负责一些小维修项目，如：浴缸、维修天花、墙面、地板、家具等所有木工工作，对家具进行粉刷和翻新，以及对电器的喷漆工作。 l   Responsible for the maintenance and overhaul of hotel rooms and public areas. 负责酒店客房及公区的维护保养及大修工作。 l   Do minor repairs of furniture and structures (cabinets, tables, chairs, doors, windows, counters, walls, ceiling, and floors.). 负责家具和设施的小维修工作（柜厨、桌子、椅子、门、窗、台面、墙面、天花和地面）。 l   Does painting and finishing of furniture and structures. 负责家具和设施的粉刷工作。

Do not undergo if equipment failure. Keep the cleanliness of work area. 5.完成公司领导交办的其他工作。 To follow up other tasks which assigned by superior. 任职资格 Qualification 1.良好的强电知识；全面掌握电力设备运行、维修和维护技能； Good knowledge of EHV；Skilled in the operation, repairs and maintenance of Electrical equipment; 2.具备电机重新缠绕线圈的知识和能力。 With the knowledge and ability of the motor re-wound coil. 3.电力系统维修和维护相关专业。 Graduation from repair and maintenance of power systemrelated professional.

1、负责协助部门总监工作，按制度要求，督促本部班组进行工作考勤、考绩，根据部门总监的意见进行工作调配，传达部门总监的工作指令。 2、全面负责日常维修工作,负责调配各专业班组人员。加强酒店区域检查并监督各班组做好酒店各区域巡回检查，努力使酒店的各项设施设备达到原设计和使用效果。 3、检查并监督员工维修质量、劳动纪律等情况。 4、根据实际工作，核实各专业维修材料的申购，并负责跟踪材料的 到位和使用情况。 5、及时掌握各技术岗位的完成工作量情况和工作质量，按规定制度要求，提出对各岗位的奖罚方案交部门总监审批。 6、对积压3天以上的维修项目向部门总监汇报。重大问题应立即报部门总监处理。 7、负责检查各班组的工具使用和保管情况。 8、负责处理业务范围内的发生的问题和对工程维修工作的投诉。 9、配合部门对各类设备按计划做好月底保养，年度保养及计划维修。 10、负责根据能耗、物耗和费用开支统计数据作出分析报告，提出节能节支建议，报告部门总监批准实施。 11、及时完成部门总监临时交给的各项任务，完成后及时报告。

1、负责管理酒店内所有电视、音响、监控、通讯（包括电话交换机）消防安全设施及其它弱电设备设施的维修保养并保证其正常运行。      2、管理酒店范围内所有弱电设备设施的安会操作程序和维修保养范围并按要求进行。                                              3、 制定弱电设备设施的年度、月度的预防性维修保养计划，提出自己的建议并保证计划按规定的要求和规范按时完成。        4、掌握弱电设备设施运行情况，制定巡视巡检制度，保证酒店背景音乐、电视节目的正常播放以及电话的畅通。 5、接受和完成值班室的运行调度和日常维修工作指令。 6、 按经营需要提出更新改造设备的合理化建议并配合主管、负责弱电设备设施的选型选购协助安装调试验收使用。 7、配合保安部做好每月一次的例行消防设备的检测演习，发现问题及时解决并认真做好记录。 8、 完成上级交办的其它工作事项。。

1.遵守酒店的各项管理制度。 2.负责酒店所有的门、窗、桌椅、办公家私、天花、墙面等的维修、保养工作。 3.每日要主动巡回检查，根据各部门报来的工程维修单进行维修，及时维修各种故障，并作好记录，暂不能维修的问题要及时通知当班工程师，特殊问题由当值工程师反映给总工程师安排处理。 4.维修前先对其它地面、家私等做好保护，工作中应做到“整齐、清洁、安全、使用部门满意”四项要求，油漆中要注意色差，尽量使用原来的颜色，特殊情况要先报告当班工程师并经过使用部门同意后同意，可以用非常接近的颜色代替。 5.所有维修过程中要做好安全保护，正确使用辅助工具，杜绝人身事故的发生。 6.坚守岗位，不得擅自离岗，确有事需请假或离开的，应报告当值工程师批准，并做好记录。 7.讲究职业道德，服从各级领导安排，不能以各种借口拒修。 8.坚守岗位，服从上级工作安排。接到上级下达的维修单即携带工具和材料到达维修地点进行油漆工作。按照领班的要求和操作规范规定进行油漆，确保工艺质量。 9.客用区维修时，要求工程师先与使用部门联系，再按照定好的时间执行，否则绝对不能施工。 10.工程结束后，清理现场并作好记录。
