Duties & Responsibilities(include but are not limited to the following):
1. In line with prescribed Niccolo policies and procedures. Assistant Dir. of Restaurant to manage Niccolo Kitchen, Tea Lounge and In Room Dining.
2. ssistant Dir. of Restaurant to see the preparation and update of individual Departmental Operations Manuals.
3. Conduct regular divisional communications meetings and ensure that departmental briefings and meetings are effective and conducted as necessary.
4. Ensure the delivery of brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
5. Prepare annual marketing plan with members of the department, as a base of annual marketing plan of F&B Dept.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 1 year Asst. Western Restaurant Manager working experiences in Food and Beverage department.
2. Has passion and drive for achieving target.
3. Good Command of English and interpersonal skills.
