岗位要求:1、负责酒店前厅部的全面管理工作;2、熟知前厅服务设施的功能,确保处于完好状态;3、进行有关的市场计划分析,制定部门工作计划,完成工作报告;4、使客房达到最高出租率,获取最佳的客房收入;5、培训并督导前厅员工按照规章制度、服务标准、操作流程做好前厅事务;6、保持良好的宾客关系,能有效并妥善处理宾客投诉;7、协助酒店与更高一级领导处理突发事件。任职要求:1、酒店管理相关专业,大专以上学历,有一定英语口语能力优先;2、2年以上同等酒店同岗位工作经验;3、熟悉酒店前厅的经营管理工作,具有较强的工作责任感和敬业精神;4、具有优秀的人际交往能力和良好的沟通技巧;5、有较强的协调与配合能力;6、全面掌握前厅收银方面的财务基础知识,能处理日常服务环节中所涉及到的财务方面问题。
