【岗位职责】 1、听从主管的工作安排。 2、严格执行安全制度，并按操作规范进行操作。 3、做好酒店高、低压配电间和变压器间配电设备的维修保养工作，确保正常供电。 4、保证电气设备的照明灯具等的正常使用。 5、各项电气工作要严格做到：装得安全，用得正确，修得及时，拆得彻底。 6、定期检查移动及半移动电具的安全绝缘用具每半年进行一次耐压试验。 7、做好值班工作日记和设备运行记录。 【岗位要求】 1、高中以上学历。同岗位工作3年以上 2、熟悉电气设备安装、维修和排除故障的技术知识，懂得安全用电、节约用电的政策运行记录。 3、有当地特殊工种证书和电工上岗资格证书。 4、能按工作规范和有关制度独立进行工作。

做六休一，综合收入税前4000-5000元。 1. To execute all worksassigned by work order center and engineering office. 完成工作分配中心和工程部办公室分配的任务。 2. To assist and superviseall works carried out by contractor. 协助和管理承包商完成的项目。 3. To make allarchitectural repairs to the building as per assignments or on own initiative,ensuring all work meets the local codes. 按照工作分配或主动完成饭店维修工作，保证饭店设施达标。 4. To conduct inspection tothe building as per schedule and advise of conditions which might affect the operationof the hotel as well as any potential safety hazards. 有计划的开展饭店设施检查工作，当发现有安全隐患或设施存在问题有可能影响正常运做时必须及时上报。 5. Assist in theconstruction of exhibits and displays as assigned. 根据要求，配合其他部门进行加工制作。 6. About the location: About the role Engineering Technician What you will do • Strictly follow operation standard of high voltage operation. Be responsible for HV operation. Be on duty in HV Engine as HV Operator according to rules and regulations of Power Distribution Room to make sure all equipments/facilities and system are operating in safe condition. • Conduct daily Preventive and Maintenance to HV equipments and system according to process. • Make regular around for meters and take meter reading and relevant record carefully.。 • Strictly conduct Preventive and Maintenance to make sure the normal operation of all HVequipments. Keep a tidy and clean equipment room. • Be responsible for safety of the all facilities including the doors, windows and fire control facilities, etc. Make sure no creature such as mouse in the equipment room. • Adjust and control temperature according to actual weather to make the temperature meet the standard scale. Take record for operation. • Be responsible for AC operation and hot water supply. • Strictly conduct Preventive and Maintenance to make sure the normal operation of all AC equipment. Keep a tidy and clean equipment room. • Be familiar and acknowledged for hotel service. Understand and be acknowledged in AC and plumbing system and other relevant equipment. Be of good practical ability of AC. • With guidance of PM Supervisor, ensuring that the hotel kitchen and laundry equipment are intact. According to the maintenance and repair system, the repair and maintenance of kitchen and laundry equipment and sanitation audit shall be completed as planned. Repair the defects in the guest room as quickly as possible and provide good equipment for the kitchen (guest / Chef) to the user department. As a member of the engineering team, to support and cooperate according to the relevant policies of the group and hotel department. What you bring • High school education or equivalent experience • Be of 1~3 years working experience at the same position in 5-star international hotel. • Being calm and patient and be of service passion. • Requires knowledge of the basic ability to operate computer. • Be basic in reading, speaking and writing English. • Be familiar with guest room maintenance process and how to conduct maintenance. • Be of knowledge of decoration. 【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店中央冷水机组等设备运行积极配合维修工做好设备维护保养工作。 2、按巡检制度根据外界天气变化及时进行空调工况调节。努力使空调区域的温度、符合规定的数值范围。 3、掌握设备运行的技术状况，发现问题立即报告值班工程师或专业工程师。 4、按保养规程做好机房内分管设备、阀门、管道、水泵日常及月度保养工作。 5、设备开、停必须及时转换运行状态牌，尤其是接到维修停台通知后，应立即挂检修牌，若因没有挂上牌造成事故，追究当班责任。 6、记录清楚巡检范围内的设备开、停时间，停台修理原因和停台开始及恢复正常状态时间。 【岗位要求】 1、大专以上文化程度；1年以上同岗位工作经验。技工等级证,空调安全操作证持有者优先。 2、会楼宇自控者优先。 3、身体健康,视力良好。 4、沟通协调能力强，具备良好的团队素质,思路清淅,反应敏捷。
