主要职责:Main Duties:全面落实酒店餐饮部的各项标准。Ensures that minimum brand standards have been implemented. 充分落实凯悦温情和餐饮部经典20条。Ensures that all Touches of Hyatt and the Food and Beverage Top 20 are implemented.积极响应客人的合理建议,并尽快改善。Responds to the results of the Consumer Audit and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.团队协作,主动灵活待客,顾客至上,酒店的大局为重。Works closely with other Food and Beverage Managers in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.保证管事部的员工始终会以主动灵活的工作方式与其他部门的员工共事。时刻铭记我们的工作理念是“我们群策群力”。Ensures that Stewarding employees work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in a spirit of “We work through Teams”.保证按照操作手册使用餐饮部内的所有仪器。Ensures all F&B equipment and other facilities in the Outlet kitchen are maintained according to the Departmental Operations Manual requirements. 努力满足每个餐厅的需求。 Constantly strives to satisfy the needs of the Outlet by providing the necessary operating equipment.严格控制库存,和固定设施的使用。并且确保所有的厨房都设施完善。Strictly adheres to the par stocks for all operating equipment, supplies, inventoried items, and to ensure that the outlet is adequately equipped.保养和清理每个厨房及厨房内的设施。Maintains the cleanliness of the Outlet kitchens and equipment. 保证餐饮部后场的干净有序。Assists to ensure that the back-of-house areas are kept clean and organised.确保垃圾被及时清理,并确保每天放好卷纸及补满皂液盒。Ensures garbage are disposed off properly and ensuring that paper towel dispensers and soap dispensers are filled daily.§ 向餐务部经理/副理报告所有困难或问题,以进行解决和跟办。Reports any difficulty or problem to Stewarding Manager/ Assistant Manager for solution or follow-up actions.确保正确操作清洗餐盘、杯子、碟子、银器等的自动洗碗机。Ensures proper handling of the automatic dishwashing machine that cleans and washes plates, cups, saucers, silverware, glasses and other dishes. 确保根据所设标准洗净餐具、瓷器、玻璃器皿及银器。Ensures tableware, chinaware, glassware, and silverware are washed and cleaned as per the established procedures.给员工安排培训提高他们的专业知识和技能。Conducts training to improve employees’ knowledge and skills. 协助进行每月对运营设备及营业用品的盘点。Assists in conducting monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies. 根据酒店的“失物招领”处理程序处理所有“失物招领”物品。Handles and reports “Lost and Found” items according to the Hotel “Lost and Found” procedures.协助保证为每个餐厅提供洁净干燥的设施。 Assists to ensure that each outlet is supplied with clean and dry operating equipment.协助保证为每个厨房提供洁净干燥的厨具。Assists to ensure that the food production areas are supplied with clean and dry kitchen utensils.监督夜间厨房清洁工作和餐饮部的后场区域。 Assists to supervise night cleaning contractors in kitchen and back-of-house food and beverage areas.确保所有的清理工作严格遵守后场清理条例和垃圾处理规定。Assists to ensure that back-of-house cleaning schedules and garbage runs are strictly adhered to and areas are cleaned according to established standards.确保按照部门营运手册的要求保养好厨房的餐饮设备及其它设施。Assists to prepare and issue repair and maintenance job orders to ensure the proper maintenance of the outlet.
