JD工作职责:
Provides courteous and professional services to both guests and customers of the Hotel.
对酒店的所有客户和客人提供礼貌专业的服务。
Coodinates guest arrivals and departures.
协助客人入住和离店。
Provieds information pertaining to all hotel services, local places of interests, restaurants, doctors, sightseeing tours and any information likely to be of the interest to guests.
提供客人感兴趣的事情,如酒店服务、本地风景区、餐厅、医生、观光点等。
Accepts luggage and parcels of safekeeping and ensure that at all times it is recorded properly.
确保所接受的行李和包裹的安全,并有正确记录。
任职要求:
Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent. 6 months experience in guest service or customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
具有酒店行政管理,酒店管理或相关的专业证书。拥有6个月宾客服务部工作经验,或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
