BASIC FUNCTION基本职责
Assist the Director of Human Resource in recruitment. And
be responsible for the implementing,
formulating and executing of the hotel's recruitment policies.协助人力资源总监完成人员招聘等方面的工作;并负责制订、完善,执行酒店的招聘制度。
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES职责和义务
1. Conduct annual salary survey and assist DOHR with the annual salary
review proposal and implementation.进行年度工资调查,协助人力资源总监提出年度工资调整方案并具体操作实施。
2. To be responsible for staff recruitment, maintain and manager all the
channels of recruitment Develops and implements recruitment and screening
system.负责员工招聘工作,负责维护和管理所有的招聘渠道,实施与完善员工的招聘与筛选程序。
3. To participate in all recruitment and internship recruitment.参加所有的招聘会及实习生招聘会。
4. Prepare and submits periodic reports for
management’s use in accordance with Corporate and government requirements, such
as turnover reports, personnel reserve, absenteeism reports, health and safety,
accident reports etc.根据公司和政府的要求制定并向管理层提交阶段性报告,如员工流动报告,人才储备报告,旷工报告,健康与安全及事故报告等。
5. Maintain and updates files on employee material,
legal documents and other Personnel matters, efficiently and confidentiality.高效,保密的维护和更新员工资料信息、法律文件和处理其它人事问题。
6. Assist in maintaining and creating a positive
atmosphere within the hotel that allows for open two ways communication that
ensures morale and productivity reach the highest possible levels.在酒店内协助保持和营建积极的环境,从而促进开放式的双向沟通,确保员工的积极性和生产率尽可能达到最高水平。
7. Keep contact and maintain good relationship
with relevant schools and talent agencies to source comparatively qualified
trainees.与有关学校和中介保持密切联系,维持良好的关系,以取得相对而言质量较高的实习生。
8. Keep contact and maintain good relationship
with the relevant organizations such as labor bureau and pension center and
deal with necessary employment procedures as required.与劳动、社保部门保持密切联系,维持良好的关系,办理与员工录用相关的手续。
9. Handle employee complain and dispute case.处理员工投诉和纠纷。
10. Responsible for monthly statistics staff recruitment,
recruitment source analysis, personnel changes during the month, personnel internal
transfer, follow up the internal referral rewards.负责每月人员招聘统计,招聘来源分析,当月人事变动分析,人员内部调动安排,内部推荐奖励的发放。
11. Carry out exit interview for Supervisor and
below employees and summarized information.员工的离职面谈及情况汇总。
12. Maintain relations internship colleges, and at
least to visit internship and the new development of three or more colleges and
universities each year.维护实习院校关系,并每年至少拜访和新开发3个及以上的实习院校。
13. Maintenance all the intern relationship, hold intern
communication activities regularly (monthly or quarterly), and record intern communication
meeting minutes, follow up the implement and improve.维护在店所有实习生的关系,定期(每月或每个季度)举办实习生沟通会或实习生活动,并形成实习生沟通会的会议纪要,跟进落实改进。
14. Arrange GM lunch table or GM communication
meeting each month.安排每月的总经理午餐会或总经理沟通会。
15. Coordination and responsible for outsourcing
helper.协调和负责外包帮工。
16. Responsible for on- boarding process of B1
level and above staff.负责B1级及以上人员的入职办理。
17. Assist Training Manager with New Staff
Orientation, and conduct the concerned course.协助培训经理完成新员工的入职培训,并上有关的课程。
18. Work with Superior in the preparation and
management of the Department’s budget.上级领导一起编制和管理部门预算。
19. Improve the recruitment system, recruitment
system and recruitment process.完善招聘制度、招聘体系及招聘流程。
20. Analyze the hr needs of the hotel participate
in the recruitment plan and organize the implementation.分析酒店人力资源需求,参与制定招聘计划并组织实施。
21. Carry out work analysis and complete job
description.进行各部门工作分析,完成职位说明书。
22. Responsible for the release of recruitment
information, screening and classifying resumes, organizing and coordinating the
interview process, the preliminary examination, and the reexamination of some
positions.负责发布招聘信息、筛选分类简历、面试过程的组织、协调、初试、部分职位复试等工作的实施。
23. Conduct regular staff structure analysis and
make reasonable Suggestions on personnel planning to meet the development needs
of the company; Assist the superior to establish the reserve talent selection
scheme and the talent reserve mechanism.定期进行公司人员结构分析,对人员规划提出合理建议,以满足公司发展的需要;协助上级建立后备人才选拔方案和人才储备机制。
24. Identify, select, expand and maintain appropriate
recruitment channels.甄别、选择、拓展和维护合适的招聘渠道。
25. Analyze recruitment cost, make recruitment
budget and follow up.对招聘成本进行分析,制定招聘预算并依照执行。
26. Analysis of monthly turnover rate.对每月进行离职率分析。
27. Implement other issues arranged by Director of
Human Resources.完成人力资源总监安排的其他工作。
JOB SPECIFICATION工作要求
1.
College graduate,
preferably in Hotel Management or equivalent in experience.
大专毕业,
热于从事酒店管理或有相关经验。
2.
Minimum 3 years’
experience in Human Resources, at least 1 years in managerial capacity.
3年以上人力资源工作经验, 1年以上管理经验。
