主要工作职责 Core Responsibilities:
1. 协助行政副总厨和厨师长负责酒店厨房的出品。
Assist the executive sous chef and sous chef in the production of the kitchen.
2. 检查所有归属于该部门的设备,确保所有设备正常运转,如果需要向行政副总厨汇报所有问题,并向工程部递送维修单。
Checks all equipments belonging to his department and make sure that all are in good working order, and if necessary reports to the Exec. Sous Chef for any faults and problems to be solved, and send repair order to engineering department.
能力要求 Specifications:
1. 1-2年5星级酒店西厨房领班及以上职位的工作经验。
1-2 years working experience in 5star hotel as west kitchen demi chef position or above.
2. 能够设计菜谱并按照菜谱操作
Can convert recipes and follow them through
3. 具有组织协调能力、应变能力、经营能力以及文字表达能力和信息管理能力。
Organizational coordination, resilience, management and writing skills and information management capabilities.
