Responsibilities:Practices the service expectations linked to the UBR service model Set the Stage, Know your Stuff, Wow’em Now, Be a HeroContinuously scans the work environment by observing and listening to obtain information that addresses or anticipates the service needs of guests and fellow Team MembersTakes ownership and demonstrates active listening and effective questioning to identify suitable, personalized options to efficiently meet or preferably exceed the service expectations of our guests or Team MembersSelect the appropriate actions to efficiently meet or exceed the service expectation of guests or fellow team members based on the individual situations and desired resultsResponsible for the scheduling of personnel and adjusting schedules as needed. Participates in budget preparation and monitoring.Responsible for receiving all new inventories in database.Coaches and motivates wardrobe team members to promote safe and efficient wardrobe operations while also exceeding guest expectations of courtesy and cleanliness.Provides work direction counseling, coaching and performance reviews to hourly wardrobe team members. Performs proper and timely administration of daily payroll.Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UBR policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.Perform the duties of frontline Team MembersPerforms other duties as assigned.Influences decisions of moderate nature requiring high degree of tact.Up to 50 direct reports with 60% of time supervising. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable lawsQualifications:Consistent attendance is a job requirementMust be available and willing to work on Government Holidays, Weekends, and Varying ShiftsSub-set of departmental key performance indicators, specified by higher level management (GSAT, TSAT, financial returns). 1-3 years of supervisory experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge in fabrics and inventory practices preferred.Fluency in Chinese Required;Professional working proficiency in English preferred, but not requiredAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
