The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for the cleanliness of guest rooms and the public areas. Ensures that all rooms are checked according to Four Seasons standards and procedures. Coordinates with Room Attendants and Front Office to return rooms on a priority basis. Reports any discrepancy and maintenance issues to the office. Assist in the training and monitoring of new staff. This role is part of Rooms department, reporting into the Housekeeping Manager.

What you will do:

• Works as part of the team in your department and with all staff throughout the hotel. May receive direction from other departments in order to meet the expectations of our guests.

• Ensures that payroll and key procedures are adhered to.

• Able to collect room, floor status report sheets for assigned work areas, and assign room to Room Attendants when needed.

• Supervises Room Attendants and ensures that appropriate standards and procedures are adhered to.

• Monitors the performance of house attendants to ensure that there are sufficient supplies on the guest floor and the cleanliness of hallways, stairwells, elevators, service areas, guest doors and linen closets are maintained according to standards.

What you bring:

• Minimum 3 year of administrative experience preferably in a hospitality or other equivalent experience is required.
• 3年以上酒店经验,酒店或相关行业优先
• Requires knowledge or the ability to operate computer equipment including word processing and spreadsheet software.
• 会操作电脑,熟悉文字处理及表格软件
• Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• 熟练使用 Word、Excel、PPT
• Has strong interpersonal skills, is able to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation
• Requires basic computer skills for online training
• 沟通能力强,能灵活安排工作优先级
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English and Chinese language
• 具备基本电脑技能,可完成在线培训
• Has the ability to anticipate and prioritize the needs of the guest proactively
