负责酒店商品和物品的保管和供应工作。 负责物料及商品的入库验收工作，不符合的货物退回，严格把好质量关。 仓库要保持通风干燥，要勤检查、勤倒垛、勤晾晒，防止虫蛀鼠咬霉烂变质。 执行出入库手续，汇总票据，按期登记三级明细账，定期盘点，按时填写报表，做到账表清楚，账物相符。 根据采购申请单或每日食品订货单核实和清点验收的货品。 确保所有所收的货品符合采购订货要求、质量良好且符合具体规格要求。 退还不符合验收标准的货品。 尽快将验收合格的货物移交仓储区域，减少和避免员工偷盗以及货物腐烂变质等。 保存酒店所有收货物品及退还货品的相关凭单。 每天对酒店采购的货品填写收货记录汇总。 根据需要联系仓库搬运工或管事部员工清洁收货通道，以确保收货台的清洁。 熟悉精通所有酒店经营设备的型号和规格等内容，包括保存好产品目录，样品图片以及产品的其他相关资料。
