岗位职责 1.Responsible for the safety and security of guests, employees and establishment needs. 确保客人、员工及酒店财产的安全。 2.Implement procedures for security and emergency incidents. 执行酒店保安及险情程序。 3.In the event of fire, be thoroughly familiar with and guided by the hotel’s emergency plan. 如有火情，必须非常熟悉酒店的险情计划并执行计划安排。 4.Be familiar with location of fire alarms and fire fighting equipment. 熟悉酒店火警及消防器材的位置。 5.Maintain a regular presence in public area or your assigned post.. 定期巡查公共场所及保安岗位。 6.Patrol all areas including employee locker rooms, kitchens, food and beverage storage areas, car parking and remote areas. 巡查酒店各处，如：员工更衣室、厨房、酒水间、停车场及周边地方。 7.Ensure all outlets, fridges, cupboards etc are fully secured when not in use or unattended. 确保所有餐厅、冰箱、橱柜等设备在不使用时的安全保管。 8.Act on reports delivered by the Security Manager regarding any unusual incidents identified by closed circuit television. 当保安经理从闭路电视上得知任何不正常情况而做出指令时，保安员必须马上作出行动。 9.Ensure no undesirables loiter in or around the hotel premises. 确保无闲杂人员出入酒店或在酒店周围闲逛。 10.Ensure there is no obstruction to the loading dock and that unauthorized vehicles are removed. 确保车道内无障碍物，非酒店车辆不得停在停车场。 11.Coordinate functions with other security staff or Police and other government Securities and promote good will with them. 与同事、警察及政府其他安全部门通力合作。 12.Report directly and explain with details if any problem arising or malfunctioning property or equipment to superior or log book. 如有问题和破坏财产的现象应及时向主管报告并详细记录在值班记录本上。 13.Be correct, secure and courteous in handling any disciplinary or criminal case. 公正、礼貌的处理违纪犯罪事件。 14.Be alert for any unusual packages, guests or vehicles and advise superior of same. 警惕各种不正常的包裹、客人和车辆，并向主管报告。 15.Be thoroughly familiar of the property layout, design, entry and exit points. 熟悉酒店财务分布、标志、进出点。 16.Engage in staff bag checks and locker checks as directed by Human Resources. 按人事部要求检查员工的包裹和衣柜。 17.Ensure that the safety control office is never left unattended. 确保岗不离人。 18.Perform other duties as assigned. 服从公司的其他工作安排。 19.Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly. 熟悉财产安全，急救，火灾，紧急事件发生时的程序，能安全有效地操作相关设备。 20.Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers. 面对险情及时采取行动，并将潜在危险汇报给主管。

As the essential component of Safety & Security, Security Officer takes the basic responsibility of security and safety. They should keep the safety at their working area. Monitor the nearby entrance & area, report any suspicious objective. Make sure property equipments are work normally, and report any defect and damage and unsafe situation. In the event of an emergency, security officer should follow the instruction of Safety & Security Team Leader to perform their duty. 作为安保部的基本组成部分，安保员承担了安全工作的基本职责。要确保自己工作区域内的安全。对附近的进出口和区域进行观察监视，发现可疑情况要立即报告。确保酒店设备的正常运转，发现任何故障、损坏或不安全的情况要立即上报。在紧急情况发生时，安保员要服从安保主管的指示，履行自己的职责。

【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店消防中控室的日常值班值守，确保24小时监控系统正常运行，及时发现并处置各类报警信号。 2、熟练操作消防联动控制设备、视频监控系统及应急广播系统，按要求记录运行日志和报警处置记录。 3、对消防设施设备（如喷淋、消火栓、烟感、温感、防火卷帘等）进行日常巡检，发现故障或异常及时上报并跟踪维修。 4、遵守酒店消防安全管理制度，配合消防部门的检查与整改工作。 5、完成上级交办的防损部相关任务。 【岗位要求】 1、持有消防设施操作员证（消防中控证）或建（构）筑物消防员证优先，能熟练操作消防主机。 2、学历不限、工作经验不限、年龄不限，欢迎退役军人、有物业或酒店安保经验者优先考虑。 3、熟悉消防法律法规及消防安全基本知识，具备较强的安全意识和责任心。 4、能够适应轮班制（含夜班），身体健康，无影响正常履职的疾病。 5、具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，突发事件时能保持冷静、反应迅速。 6、入职后能接受酒店相关的岗前培训和考核，严格遵守酒店各项规章制度。

【岗位职责】 1.负责公司日常安全巡逻，确保公司环境的安全稳定。 2.对进出公司的人员、车辆进行登记管理，严格把控人员进出流程。 3.监控消防控制中心的各项数据，及时发现并处理异常情况。 4.定期检查和维护消防设施，确保其处于良好的工作状态。 5.参与制定和完善公司的安全保卫制度，并监督执行情况。 6.在紧急情况下，负责引导员工疏散，保障人员生命安全。 7.完成上级交办的其他工作任务。 【任职要求】 1.年龄20-45岁，身体健康，无不良记录。 2.具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。 3.工作认真负责，具有较强的责任心和安全意识。 4.熟悉消防安全知识及应急处理流程，具备一定的消防设备操作能力。 5.持有有效的保安员证和中级消防设施操作证者优先考虑。 6.接受早晚倒班工作制，能够适应轮班制度。

工作职责： － 懂每日三关一闭检查及检查巡查注意事项； － 懂应急演练培训及对员工进行消防安全培训； － 懂应急处理预案并运用及危机处理 ERT 小组职责； － 负责安保员排班、考勤、培训与考核； － 协调处理酒店突发事件（火灾、盗窃、客人纠纷等）； － 与公安、消防等政府部门保持沟通配合； － 维护客人和员工的人身、财产安全。 任职资格： － 具有消防员监控证或保安员证为佳，参加过相关培训或退伍军人优先； － 熟悉酒店安全工作的运作流程； － 语言沟通流畅、抗压能力强； － 高中以上学历，1 年以上安保工作经验。 此岗位为外包岗位

【岗位职责】 1、遵守酒店员工手册及酒店酒店的规章制度。 2、向部门领导报告发现的安全问题。 3、对酒店员工和保安部员工进行消防安全培训。 4、检查消防设备，协调工程部使消防设备处于良好状态。 【岗位要求】 1、按照要求对饭店区域的巡视与消防检查。 2、在饭店区域进行专项的消防安全检查，发现和消除隐患。 3、对饭店备用钥匙的管理，执行酒店钥匙管理的规定。 4、执行部门对外来访客及施工人员的管理政策。 5、与工程部和供应商积极的协调，使中控设备处于良好的状态。 6、对来店的重要宾客的安全保卫。 7、建立和管理保安部内部消防档案。 8、对安全隐患采取必要的措施，并将检查结果和整改措施报保安部经理。

【岗位职责】 1、遵守酒店员工手册及酒店酒店的规章制度。 2、完成岗位工作任务，保障酒店、员工、客人的安全。 3、值守消防和监控设备，及时发现和处理各种报警。 4、发生火情时执行饭店的消防应急程序。 5、准确操作中控室的各种设备处置发生在饭店的紧急情况。 6、确保在规定的时限内完成工作。 【岗位要求】 1、在指定岗位上，完成安全保障和安全服务任务。 2、记录设备的报警信息，通知保安人员去确认。 3、发生火情时执行酒店的消防应急预案。 4、利用监控设备发现可疑情况和可疑人。 5、确认中控室的设备和其辅助设备处于良好工作状态。 6、妥善保管各部门寄存的钥匙，钥匙借领手续齐全。 7、能接受夜班，两班倒，持有中控上岗证的优先考虑。

【岗位职责】 1、疏导过往车辆，保障大堂门前过往车辆行人的安全，使门前畅通无阻。 2、服务周到热情，见宾客主动问好，对乘车宾客要协助迎宾员照料宾客下车。 3、保证酒店和宾客的生命财产安全。 4、保持好与大门岗及停车场岗位的联系使车辆有序出入停放。 5、加强巡逻，发现可疑情况，视情况处理或及时向上级报告。 6、一般性纠纷和事故立即按程序处理，并及时请示汇报。 7、一旦酒店发生火灾应立即报警，按火灾处理程序向有关人员进行报告。

岗位要求 1、持有保安证书、四级消防证\中级消防证者优先 2、具有较好的协调能力，懂得一定安全保卫知识。
