【岗位要求】
1. Co-ordinate group movements,
preparations and maintaining correct billings.
对账调账确保账单的正确。
2. Constant monitoring of the
mise-en-place (forms, stationeries etc.), service procedures, standards of
cleanliness and hygiene, repair and maintenance, and employee grooming.
工作布置到位(表格,文具等),做好服务程序,清洁卫生,维修保养和员工的培养。
3. To carry out administrative
requirements as directed.
落实行政要求指示。
4. Handles all incoming and
outgoing mail, documenting as required.
按要求处理所有进出邮件,和文件。
5. Co-ordinates guest
transportation requirements and takes corrective action in the event of
anticipated problems.
协调客人的用车需求,并对可能出现的问题采取正确的措施。
6. Monitors the general condition,
cleanliness and maintenance of the buggies and takes appropriate action where
necessary.
监管所有电瓶车的总体状况,清洁和保养。
并在必要时采取适当措施。
7. To maintain safe and hygiene
work places.
维护工作场所的安全和卫生
8. Must be visible in the lobby
during busy periods (check-in/out, high occupancy).
在繁忙时段必须在大堂坚守自己的岗位。(抵离时间,高住房率)。
9. Handles and follow through any
guests complaints, and take corrective measures to avoid repetition.
处理客人投诉,并采取补救措施,以避免重复投诉。
