1.    To supervise the service of all staff in the Lounge/Bar, paying special attention to guest service, and recognition.  监督员工在大堂吧的服务,同时关注对客服务以及客人满意度。2.    To review all service procedures, and ensure that all staff are fully aware of the standards of service that are required. And that the standards that set are maintained to the highest level.      根据服务原则,按照最高标准指定准则,同时确保每位员工按照要求为客人服务,这个水准是      高的标准。3.    To be responsible for all manning and roster of staff to meet guest needs.      确保每一位当班的员工,在遇见客人的时候,能够满足客人需求。4.    To be responsible for the protection of all operating equipment and beverage stock, ensuring that all equipment and stock is properly stored, handled and controlled.      确保每一件设备的安全运行,以及原料的安全使用,控制所有的器械和原料适当的储存、      使用。5.    To check daily all operating equipment, furniture , fixtures and all other equipment used within the bar, and to report all necessary repairs or work required, to the Housekeeping and Engineering departments accordingly.      每天检查所有的器械,家具,设备和其他在酒吧里的器具,向房务部或工程部报告需要      修理的物品。6.    To ensure that all rules and regulations of the Hotel and Food and Beverage Department are followed at all times. Ensuring that all associates are punctual, disciplined and behaving in a manner that brings to the department and the Hotel.     确保食物和饮料遵守所有的酒店制定的规定,保证所有的有关于部门和酒店的都能准时,     遵纪和拥有礼貌的行为。7.    To check the appearance of all associates uniforms, body hygiene, haircuts and make up etc. Conform to the standards as set by the Hotel.      按照酒店的规定,检查员工出现的有关于制服,个人卫生,破损和化妆等等方面出现的问      题,确认各个项目符合酒店的标准。8.    To oversee the service of Food and Beverage products, to ensure that they meet the standards as set in the Beverage policy of the Hotel.      确保按照酒店的饮料规定,监督饮料生产和服务。9.    To assist the service associates with direct service to the guest during busy periods, ensuring that the standards are maintained, and that customer satisfaction is kept at a high level.      帮助员工在客人较多时候能够更好的服务,确保在规定下,客人的满意度能够一直保持在      较高的水平。10.  To ensure that good harmony exists amongst the associates at all times, and report problem situations to the Restaurant Manager for appropriate action as per Hotel policy guidelines.      协调工作,用适当的方式向餐厅经理报告情况。11.   To ensure that all information that is required is filled out in the daily outlet log book.      确保在每天结束工作之前,把所有有关于工作需要的信息填写在每日的值班簿上。12.  Held monthly communication meetings with all associates in the outlet.      根据值班日志召开每月的交流会议。13.  To ensure that all new associates undergo the correct induction process, and are assigned a departmental trainer.      确保每一位新进员工都可以接受正确的培训,同时指派一个部门实习。14.  To ensure that staff report for work as per the duty roster and that any absenteeism, lateness etc is reported to the Restaurant Manager.      确保每一位员工都需要向餐厅经理报告当日的值班人员里,是否有旷工,迟到等情况。15.  To be responsible in ensuring that there is sufficient restaurant and guest supplies, operating equipment etc. Is on hand to ensure the correct service standards. And is required to order replacement equipment and supplies, so that service standards and customer satisfaction is maintained at a high level.      确保每天有足够的餐位和员工,运行的设备等等。一方面确定要遵守准则,一方面及时发       现需要替换的机器和补给,让餐饮准则和客人满意度都能维持较高水平。16.  To be responsible for discipline staff for violation of rules and regulations, and that the correct procedures as situated by the personnel department are followed.      保证每位员工都可以遵守规定和原则,在工作中遵守正确的程序办事。17.  To assist the Restaurant Manager with the smooth and efficient running of the lounge, following the establish guidelines.      在准则下,帮助餐厅经理顺利,快速的完成大堂吧的运行。18.  To assist the assistant managers and team leaders in building a tight efficient team unit, showing high productivity, and ensuring a safe working environment is maintained at all times.      帮助经理和领班建立一个高效的工作团队,表现出较高的生产力,同时保证随时的工作环      境的安全。19.  To follow, undertake and action any reasonable request made by the Restaurant Manager and the management of the Hotel.      听从,承担和执行餐厅经理必要的,合理的要求。20.  To ensure cleanliness of the operation at all times.      保证在工作的时候随时的清洁。21.  Spot checks of the Lounge and Bar to ensure that all repairs and maintenance has been carried out, reporting any new areas that need attention, ensuring follow up within a time frame of 14 days.      每十四天内,须检查,清理出大堂吧里需要修理,保养的物品,报告需要注意的注意事项。22.  To ensure that all menus are clean, neat and tidy, free from marks and dirt, stains or water marks. Replacing any menu with a new one as is required.      保证所有菜单的干净,整洁和整齐,清理污渍,沾污和水渍,替换所有损坏的菜单。23.  Must always maintain a professional image at all times, be friendly and smiling at all times when in contact with guests and staff alike.      在和客人以及员工之间接触的时候,友好的微笑,维持一个专业人员的形象,24.  To ensure that all products and services ordered appear on all guest checks, and that all items are properly accounted for, correct prices charged, and that all Moines due are collected from the guest.      在客人的账单上,保证产品和服务的准确,所有的项目有适当的说明,价格正确,告诉客       人所有应当要付清的账目。25.  Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs.   在遇见任何的商业需要的时候,尽量帮助其他值班人员。
