【岗位职责】 1、 负责酒吧的日常经营; 2、建立、健全酒吧的各项管理制度和工作规范； 3、为酒吧的运作提出合理化建议； 4、组织完成酒吧各项经营计划； 5、检查运营情况，督导、落实各项规章制度和工作规范，发现问题及时予以解决； 6、督促员工做好会所所有设施设备的日常保养； 7、审核各种物品的申领，并控制成本； 8、实施培训，提高员工自身素质和工作技能；及时处理客诉、了解客人对酒吧的建议，不断改进服务 【岗位要求】 1、具有大专以上文化程度3年以上同岗位相关工作经验；  2、形象气质良好，了解酒水相关知识； 3、熟悉高端酒吧运营管理和服务标准及工作流程； 4、有较高的处理突发事件的应变能力及对客沟通能力； 5、热爱服务工作，工作踏实、认真，有较强的事业心和责任感。

岗位职责： 1、辅助经理完成公司下达经营管理目标，保证计划任务的顺利完成。 2、参与制定酒吧的发展规划、经营策略、市场定位、经营方针等各种方案及工作计划。 3、完善客户管理制度，接待重要客人，处理重要投诉，提升服务品质。 4、关注营业现场气氛，对部门的工作提出指导性意见。 5、处理各项外联工作，掌握店内各项经营动态。有解决突发事件的能力。 6、了解同行业市场竞争情况及同行的新趋势、新潮流。 7、制定酒吧的经营策略，市场策略及营销方案。挖掘新的经济增长点，提升酒吧市场占有率； 8、督促部门工作的顺利进行。 9、定期向经理汇报工作，执行总部的各项决议。 岗位要求： 1、大专及以上学历，个人形象气质佳，工作责任心强，品行端正。 2、有3年以上酒吧娱乐夜场或连锁餐饮酒店服务行业独立管理工作经验，具有较强的店务实操经验、具备丰富的酒水知识。 3、熟悉和掌握的各类酒品的品种、产地、度数、特点和销售价格，并有较强的销售技能。 4、精通团队管理、客户管理、易耗品管理、陈列管理。 5、熟悉店务的各项流程的制定、执行。善于处理人际关系和团队建设。

【岗位职责】 1、计划、管理、控制及指导餐厅员工，以确保客人的满意度。 2、通过计划、预算、采购、存货及现金管理控制人员及运营成本。 3、运用甄选、培训、评估、引导、激励、指导及规范等形式，确保达到文化及核心标准。 4、根据餐厅客人的要求，为客人提供酒水服务 5、制定酒吧日常活动及计划。 【岗位要求】 1、酒店或餐饮管理相关大专或以上学历及相关工作经验。 2、1到2年相关酒吧副经理/调酒师工作经验。 3、熟练的英语口语、书写及阅读能力。

岗位职责： -协助酒吧经理成功的管理独立收支的瑞吉酒吧，并确保部门运作符合酒店标准及最大程度的使客人满意。以及，计划，组织，指导和控制餐饮部门的运作及管理。 - 确保部门运作顺畅及最大程度的使客人满意，例如客人满意度调查。 1. 协助酒吧经理达到餐饮部门设定的预算要求。 2. 分享收入预算信息给员工，并得到员工的支持 3. 确保运作顺畅并且最大程度使客人满意 4. 致力于创新和改革餐厅的服务，产品和推广。从而寻求新的收入增长机会。 5. 通过考虑外部经济环境情况，从而制定计划和做决策预测经济的波动。 岗位要求： 1. 基础的英语书写和会话 2.专业的食品和酒水知识 3.细心观察能力 4.创新及创造能力 5.良好的仪容和沉着冷静 6.电脑操作能力 7.细心，思考，适应能力 8.至少一年以上相关国际酒店品牌管理经验
