The Chef de Partie, as a
supervisor in the team is playing an important role, linking the line employees
with the management. The Chef de Partie is living our companies’ values and
displays good leadership and judgement at all times. The Chef de Partie
represents the sous chef / outlet chef in his / her absence and supervises his
assigned ladies & gentlemen to achieve the company’s strategic goals.
