岗位职责 1、随时为客人提供准确、快捷、礼貌的服务，必须在电话铃声三声之内接起电话。 2、掌握客房状况和预订状况，以及向订房单位或个人索取必要的预定资料,确保电脑中的预定信息齐全。 3、处理传真和电话预定，准确在电脑系统中输入房间预定，并在当天及时回复和确认。 岗位要求 1、大专及以上学历或同等文化程度。具有1年以上从事酒店工作经历，有星级酒店工作经验者优先考虑。 2、熟悉电脑操作。 3、具有良好的中英文表达能力。

【职责描述】  1、代表总部全面负责处理所在酒店的总体事务，以身作则、与酒店全体员工共同努力及时完成酒店所确定的各项目标；  2、 维护品牌形象、监督酒店范围内的品牌使用情况，积极对外推广品牌理念；  3、 制定酒店的管理目标和经营方针，根据品牌标准制定各种规章制度和服务操作规程，规定各级管理人员和员工的职责，并监督贯彻执行。制定酒店营收政策，详细阅读和分析每月报表，检查营业进度与计划的完成情况，并采取对策，保证酒店业务顺利开展；  4、 建立和健全酒店的组织管理架构，追求扁平化管理、合理高效；  5、 加强酒店文化建设，传递惠庭精神，努力为员工提供快乐、健康、良好的工作环境；  6、 健全酒店的财务制度。阅读分析各种财务报表，检查分析每月营业情况，做好成本控制和财务预算工作，检查收支情况、应收账款和应付账款等；  7、 根据品牌规定规划和开展每日、每周、每月日常工作； 8、 坚持以人为本的服务管理理念；培养人才，指导各部门的工作，提高整个酒店的服务质量和员工素质； 9、 加强酒店设备、设施的维修保养工作和酒店的安全管理工作； 10、 选聘、任免酒店员工，根据品牌规定和标准健全酒店机构设置、员工编制。负责酒店人员的录用、考核、奖惩、晋升等； 11、 与社会各界人士保持良好的公共关系，树立良好的酒店形象，并代表酒店接待重要贵宾； 12、 以身作则，积极参与酒店主要轮岗工作； 13、 关心员工，使酒店有高度凝聚力，并要求员工以高度热情和责任感去完成本职工作。   【任职要求】  1、具有敏锐的市场感知及客户开发能力，熟悉酒店整体运营，有过酒店筹备工作经验者为佳； 2、兼具较强的独立工作能力和团队精神，善于协调内部及外部关系；  3、较强的学习能力、执行力、沟通协调能力和领导决策能力； 4、接受全国派遣（入职起2年内接受公司派遣，期满可选择到期望城市）。

岗位职责： 1、根据营业常规状况，负责安排当日冷菜品种及重点时令冷菜的制作 2、 保证好冷菜出品的及时性，口味符合大多数人的要求，装盘及造型符合规定要求; 3、每天检查冰箱内冷菜及原料的质量，按照原料先进先出的原则，力求当天制作的冷菜当天用完，严格控制冷菜的剩余量，以防因存放时间过长而变质; 4、积极钻研业务，不断推出新菜品，并根据季节性变化推出时令菜品，不断努力提高菜品质量; 5、制订计划购买原料，严格控制冷菜的成本费用; 6、 爱护并正确使用各种设施及工具，节约用水用电及日常消耗品的使用，发现设施设备损坏、出现故障等情况，及时报告主管; 7、严格按照《食品卫生法》进行操作，确保冷菜食品的卫生安全; 岗位要求： 1. 有同岗位5年以上工作经验。  2. 有责任心，工作积极主动。  3. 身体健康，吃苦耐劳。

岗位职责： 负责本部门员工工作班次安排和工作考核，检查和督导员工严格执行工作规程，实行规范服务。 经常深入工作现场，了解和检查餐具、饮具的使用情况，及时提出更新、添置计划，并采取切实有效措施，最大限度地减少损耗和浪费。严格控制低值易耗品的损耗率，坚持定额管理。 负责本部门财产设备的管理，做好台账，定期清点、核对，做到账物清楚。 密切与厨房、餐厅的联系，互相沟通信息，配合协调地进行工作。 对现有的相关食品法律法规进行梳理，并及时进行宣传。 对各厨房开展食品卫生安全相关工作的指导。 任职要求： 有独立工作和督导员工按照工作规范和质量要求，做好管事处工作和成本核算的能力。 有卫生和食品安全控制方面的合格的培训。 熟悉电脑操作。
