7.确保前厅部相关服务达到酒店集团审计要求。
Ensure optimal compliance with corporate focus audit.
8.全面维护客人数据并提出方案。
Serve as the gatekeeper of all guest data and make recommendations based on this information.
9. 预先估计客人要求,建立预先防护系统程序,达到客人满意。
Anticipate and address guest issues and establish proactive processes to promote guest satisfaction.
10. 跟进竞争对手的进展(服务,价格等)。
Follow progress of competitors (service, prices, etc).
学历 & 经验 & 胜任力
Knowledge & Experience & Competencies
1. 大学及以上学历,酒店管理等相关专业。
University and above,Graduation from Hotel Management related professional.
2. 掌握前厅部工作知识并且十分熟悉前厅部日常运行。
Good knowledge and very familiar with all front office area operation.
3. 熟练运用PMS,钥匙卡系统知识,掌握各项功能。
Good knowledge of PMS (Opera), key card system.
4. 良好的财务知识,熟悉相关信用政策。
Good knowledge of finance and credit policy.
5. 良好的英语能力、管理技能、沟通技巧、组织以及解决问题的能力。
Good English language skill、supervisory skill、communication skill and good at organize and problem solving.
6.至少三年五星级酒店前厅经理或副经理的运作经验。
Minimum 3 years 5 start hotel working experience required in front office operation in FOM / AFOM position.
