According to the hotel's standards, clean the banquet hall, lobby, periphery, lounge, office, changing room, staff lounge and the hotel's backstage area.

Report emergencies immediately to the housekeeping office or the supervisor, such as toilet overflow, broken light bulbs, etc.
立即向客房部办公室或主管汇报紧急情况,如:厕所的溢漏,灯泡烧坏等。
Report to the supervisor the fixtures and other items that need to be repaired and maintained.
向主管汇报需要修理和保养的固定装置及其他项目。
Immediately hand over the items left behind by guests found in the public area to the housekeeping office and make sure they have been registered in the record book of the left items.
立即上缴在公共区域拾获的客人遗留物品至客房部办公室,确定已被登记在遗留物品的记录本上。
Keep the cleaning equipment and facilities in good condition and report the unfinished areas to the supervisor for handover to the next shift.
保持清洁设备设施的良好状态并向主管汇报未完成的区域,以便交接到下一班次人员。
Return all the dirty rags. Before signing out, place all the cleaning equipment properly.
交回所有脏抹布,在签出前,放置好所有的清洁设备。
Clean the carpet, replace the curtains, and rinse the Windows, mirrors, etc.
清洗地毯,更换窗帘,冲洗窗户、镜子等。
Perform other relevant tasks that may be arranged.

Position requirements岗位要求
More than one year of working experience in public area services is preferred.
有1年以上公区服务工作经验优先。
Those who have received formal training in public district service work will be given priority.
接受过正规公区服务工作培训优先。
