确保顾客得到热情、专业、高效的服务,提升顾客满意度和忠诚度。
培训员工掌握良好的客户服务技巧,及时处理顾客的投诉和建议,确保问题得到妥善解决。
亲自迎接重要客人,提供个性化服务,营造良好的用餐氛围。
定期收集顾客反馈,分析顾客需求和意见,提出改进措施,以持续提升服务质量。

Job responsibilities
Responsible for the daily management and operation of the restaurant to ensure the smooth operation of all aspects of the restaurant.
Supervise the cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant to ensure that the dining environment is clean and comfortable.
Check the maintenance of restaurant facilities and equipment, arrange repair and replacement in time to ensure the normal operation of facilities and equipment.
Manage the restaurant's inventory and supplies, including cutlery, ingredients, drinks, etc., to ensure adequate supply and no waste.
Work closely with other departments (e.g. kitchen, procurement, etc.) to ensure smooth flow of information and coordinate the resolution of operational issues.
Work with the chef team to ensure that the quality, taste and presentation of dishes meet the standards and characteristics of French restaurants.
Participate in food and beverage promotion activities to enhance the popularity and attractiveness of the restaurant.
Ensure customers receive warm, professional and efficient service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Train staff to master good customer service skills, handle customer complaints and suggestions in a timely manner, and ensure that problems are properly resolved.
Welcome important guests in person, provide personalized service, and create a good dining atmosphere.
Collect customer feedback regularly, analyze customer needs and opinions, and propose improvement measures to continuously improve service quality.
International hotel experience in the same position is preferred
