DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES职责和义务
1. Responsible for the orderly conduct of operations of the Section.
负责管理行李员的工作。
2. Ensures all guest baggage is delivered promptly to their rooms after registration.
确保客人登记完毕后,行李被迅速地送到客人房间。
3. Coordinate the delivery and collection of tour group or convention group baggage upon arrival and departure.
当旅行团或会议团抵店和离店时,协助提供行李服务。
4. Ensure stored baggage is kept safely in the store room and Bell Captain station.
确保行李房和行李台里寄存行李的安全。
5. May act as Chief Concierge in his absence and whenever deemed necessary.
在礼宾部经理缺席或有必要时代替他的角色。
6. Ensure that trolleys and bicycles are accounted for on every shift and are stacked in a neat and orderly manner.
确保每一班手推车和自行车交接并且被整齐有序地摆放。
7. Handle guest car and taxi request and internal transportation arrangement, take jobs when Chief Concierge is absent and send the car after receive the reservation.
处理酒店客人用车及内部用车需求,在礼宾司缺席的情况下可以直接接受预订单,按正常程序派司机出车。
8. Ensuring that all equipment (trolley, bicycle ,etc....) are in proper condition, maintain close control and inventory of supplies of Concierge Department.
确保礼宾部所有设施设备状态完好,紧密关注礼宾部补给品的库存状况。
9. Maintain adequate travel supplies of forms, brochures and ensure they are presented in line with hotel standards.
有各种有关旅游信息宣传的来源,并确保符合酒店标准。
10. Cultivate good working relationships with other departments.
培养与其它部门良好的工作关系。
11. Provide information pertaining to all hotel services, local places of interests, restaurants, doctors, sightseeing tours and any other information likely to be of the interest to guests.
向客人提供酒店的各种服务信息,当地旅游景点信息,餐馆,医疗及旅游观光的各种信息。
12. Conducts on the job training of new staff, and assist Chief Concierge to conduct training when needed.
承担部门新员工的在职培训,并且协助礼宾司进行必要的培训。
13. Ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are met, and report guest comments, complaints, problems, incidents etc to Chief Concierge.
确保客人需求和合理要求被满足,并且向礼宾司汇报客人的建议,投诉,问题及事故等。
14. Deliver high quality service to guest, offer special service to VIP guests and Wyndham Rewards Members.
向客人提供优质服务,特别关注对VIP和温德姆会员的服务。
15. Performs duties common to all Captains and other duties as may be assigned.
履行领班级别员工的义务和其他指派的任务。
JOB SPECIFICATION工作要求
1. College level education.
大专学历。
2. 2 years’ experience in Concierge.
2年以上礼宾部工作经验。
3. Personable, neat, male – at least 4250px.
气质良好,头脑灵活,男性,身高至少1米72。
4. Verbal facility.
口头表达能力强。
5. Be fluent in English language-second language preferred.
英语流利,精通第二门外语优先。
6. Should be well versed in local city history, places of interest, shopping areas, theatres, etc. for better guest service.
精通当地城市历史,名胜古迹,购物区,剧院,等等,以便提供给客人更好的服务。
