Job overview职位概述The MICE Events Manager will be responsible for delivering the guest experience from event planning, to handling customer requirements during meetings, to post-event follow-up with customers. Key to this role is developing expertise in understanding sector/account needs, maximising guest satisfaction, and driving incremental revenue to the hotel. Coach and advise clients on meeting options and alternatives that potentially reduce waste, save energy and have a minimal impact to the environment制定安全和保安措施，确保会议顺利进行，将各种干扰或问题发生的几率降到最低。就各种会议用品与服务等为客户提供指导与建议，尽量减少浪费、节约能源、降低对环境的影响。Perform other duties as assigned.完成其他分配的工作。QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS任职要求Degree or Diploma, and 2 – 5 years of relevant experience in meeting planning in Hospitality or a related service industry.
