Position Summary To support all development related work included incoming lead prequalification, Deal Diligence, Sales Forces, Project Internal Approval Process and Administration works with a focus on the desktop research, market and competitor analysis and the due diligence and pre-qualification of incoming leads analysis. Responsibilities· Incoming lead pre-qualification- Handle incoming telephone enquiries- Screen projects’ land document, drawings and background information and arrange meeting with developers when necessary- Key in potential owner’s information in Development Database- Communicate lead result to VP for follow up direction· Deal Diligence- Prepare Confidentiality Agreement for execution- Coordinate with Developer to prepare Letter of Intent for execution- Collect application document and set up new project folder- Coordinate with Contract Administrator to complete project application pad· Sales Forces- Maintain integrity of deal and prospect data within sales forces website- Daily log in Sale Forces to update project information- Update projects data base promptly- Screen new lead and conduct deal diligence· Project Internal Approval Process- Draft LOI for developers- Preparation of all IAC information for internal and external distribution including key deal information regarding brand selected, number of rooms, ownership details and projected project timeline- Maintain tracking of receivables and payables of IFF and TSA fees, including follow up and collection of any outstanding amounts- Track existing agreement end dates and renewal windows and initiate contact with the relevant partners regarding the renewals process· Administrative- Preparation of documentation including reports, presentations and spreadsheets as part of assigned tasks and ongoing research of the region re. competitive set and other industry trends- Assist in the organization of meetings and conference calls including being the responsible for minute taking and assignment of action points- Preparation and creating of development collateral such as presentations, reports and project workflows- Scheduling, preparation and planning as required- Travel reservations and itineraries for the team and visitors as needed- Take special responsibility for the preparation of all local events- Ad-hoc projects as required Requirements / Qualifications· College degree· Preferred 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality sector analysis background but not necessary· Number sensitive with analytical mind-set· Verbal & written communication skills (English & Chinese)· Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc· Team player and willing to learn· Organized, detail oriented, patient, initiative, good coordination, compliant
