岗位职责 1、随时为客人提供准确、快捷、礼貌的服务，必须在电话铃声三声之内接起电话。 2、掌握客房状况和预订状况，以及向订房单位或个人索取必要的预定资料,确保电脑中的预定信息齐全。 3、处理传真和电话预定，准确在电脑系统中输入房间预定，并在当天及时回复和确认。 岗位要求 1、大专学历或同等文化程度。具有1年以上从事酒店工作经历。 2、熟悉电脑操作。 3、具有良好的中英文表达能力。

Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail. Identify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate room type. Verify availability of room type and rate. Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers. Accommodate and document special requests. Answer questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations. Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue. Input and access data in reservation system. Indicate special room reservation types (e.g., complimentary rooms, employee discounts, travel agent inspection rates, and whole sale reservations) by inputting the correct code and rate into the reservation system.
