Ensure kitchen hygiene compliance, supervise equipment maintenance, eliminate safety hazards and pass internal/external hygiene audits. 6. 菜单研发与创新 Menu Development & Innovation 配合饼房厨师长进行季节性菜单更新、节日主题甜品设计及特色产品开发。关注行业趋势，引入新技法与创意元素。 Collaborate with Pastry Chef on seasonal menu updates, festive theme designs and signature product development. Monitor industry trends and introduce new techniques and creative elements. 7. 跨部门协作 Cross-department Collaboration 与餐厅、宴会、采购、成本控制等部门保持高效沟通，协调特殊活动需求，确保大型宴会及VIP接待的甜品供应万无一失。 Maintain effective communication with restaurant, banquet, purchasing and cost control departments.
