Position Summary职位概述
1.Handles incoming & outgoing correspondence of designated Banquet Sales Managers .
处理内部或外部相应信件分给宴会销售经理。
2.Handles photocopying and distribution of all correspondence such as memos, Banquet Event Orders, Letters of Agreement, Resumes, etc to concerned departments.
处理复印和分发文件,协议书,简介到相关部门。
3.Maintains a proper filing and trace system for the department.
正确处理部门档案和跟进系统。
4.Responsible for maintaining the general tidiness of the department and ensuring sufficient stock of stationery and other office supplies.
负责维持部门的库存,确保足够的文具及其它办公用品。
5.Be aware of event details related to the accounts of designated Banquet Sales Managers .
了解知道活动详情账目。
6.Assists Banquet Sales Managers in liaising with other departments for information, i.e. liaises with Banquet operations for floor plans and equipment, with Chef for special menus etc.
协助宴会销售经理和其它部门的信息,例如:联络宴会运作部门拿宴会和设备,厨师特别菜单等。
7.Conducts site inspections if required.
在需要的情况下带客人做酒店参观介绍。
8.Assists in ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervising Banquet Managers and / or Director/Assistant Director of Banquet Sales.

Required Qualifications必要的资历要求:
1.University graduate, excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese language.
大学专科,良好的中英文读写能力。
2.Minimum 5 years experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
具有至少一年在国际连锁酒店的相关经验。
