岗位职责:
1.负责有效制定与执行部门销售战略,确保与凯悦公司战略与品牌标准保持一致。与此同时了解团队成员、客人及业主的期望。
1.You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations.
2.负责管理酒店内的销售活动,并紧密配合总经理及其他业务相关部门能够充分开发和利用各销售渠道,确保最大化销售。
2.The Director of Sales is responsible to provide leadership in all selling activities within the hotel, working closely with GM and all revenue-generating departments to maximize sales through the activities of the Sales Department and other associates.
岗位要求:
1.拥有大学本科学历或市场营销及酒店管理专业为佳.
1.Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management.
2.拥有至少2年的销售总监或销售副总监的工作经验
2.Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Sales or Associate Director of Sales.
3.拥有良好的解决问题的能力、管理能力及人际交往能力
3.Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
4.精通英文及普通话
4.Proficiency of English and Mandarin Chinese is required for this position.
5.拥有柳州本地销售经验背景的优先考虑
5.Local experience is preferred.
