Key Job Duties (including but not limited to):
1.Assist to develop, create and increase market share through creativity, competitive marketing, implement Brand Training and Rosewood culture into guest relationship to enhance guest experience
2.Ensure the smooth running, finalizing of details relating to Events from proposal stage until final billing, relating to group from contract confirm until final billing.
3.Communicate effectively with all departments through group resume, event order, BEO to ensure events succeed.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, standard Mandarin, love sales work, excellent written and spoken Mandarin & English are a must and a third language is a plus.
2.Have good market insight and business negotiation ability, and master various sales skills.
3.Computer knowledge: Good computer skills with minimum requirement in use of Microsoft Windows XP or higher, Microsoft Office 2012 or higher, Internet and other popular software.
4.Strong expression and sales skills, good communication skills, can work under pressure.
5.Good coordination ability, critical thinking and team spirit.
6.Ability to work independently, result oriented, willing to take responsibility and accomplish goals.
Experiences:
3 years or above working experience in Wedding & Social Sales industry or related field; Sales, marketing and related knowledge.
