Job Summary职位简述To coordinate and assist Supervisor/Officer, Talent Development with the support and co-ordination of all administrative and recruitment related issues in the department.协调并协助人才发展资深主管/主管,支持并协调部门所有行政管理和招聘事宜。Key Duties and Responsibilities主要义务和职责Assist Supervisor/Officer, Talent Development with all administration and all administration related matters协助人力资源(人才发展)督导/职员处理所有行政管理以及其他相关事宜 Assist in organizing recruitment trips for the talent development team including the coordination between recruitment agents, related organizations and Atlantis Sanya on administrative items.协助人才培养团队组织招聘公差,包括在招聘机构、相关组织和三亚亚特兰蒂斯度假酒店三者间做好协调,处理行政管理事务。Assist with the management of recruitment agencies, both direct agencies and mass recruitment agencies协助招聘机构的管理,包括直接机构和大型招聘机构Assist coordination of the talent development projects协助协调人才培养项目Conduct sourcing, pre-screening, short-listing and selecting of all rank and file employee开展所有级别员工的查找、预筛选、初步筛选和挑选活动Co-ordinates and manages post interview feedback from Managers协调和管理经理在面试后提出的反馈意见Ensures that applicants and recruitment agents are provided with timely feedback - candidate management确保及时向求职者和招聘机构提供反馈意见 – 候选人管理Ensures that all appropriate correspondence is produced and all records are maintained确保编制所有适当的通信文件,并妥善保管所有记录Assist the recruitment team with the recruitment and hiring process协助招聘团队完成招聘和雇佣流程Assist with the administration of the hiring data, papers, documents and other requests协助对招聘信息、文件、文档和其他请求的管理Document control – following up on outstanding candidate documents, archive the candidates’ resumes for the interview at the end of each month文档管理 – 优秀候选人文档的后续处理,每月底整理本月有关面试候选人简历资料归档。Assist with all recruitment related administration issues协助处理招聘相关的所有行政管理问题Assist with compilation of adverts for various advertising platforms, including the released and up-date job vacancies on the recruitment website; the operation, messages response, information releasing, and the recruitment ad designing of the Wechat official account.协助各招聘广告平台上宣传资料的整理,包括招聘网站空缺岗位信息发布及实时维护更新,公众号的日常运行管理、信息回复、信息发布以及招聘宣传设计等。Work with Hiring Managers on scheduling candidate interviews与招聘经理共同安排候选人面试日程Assist with developing internal talent, performance management and succession planning协助培养内部人才、绩效管理和继任计划Review job boards to ensure all jobs are posted审核求职公告板信息,确保发布所有空缺职位Generation of Employment Contracts for successful candidates为应聘成功的候选人编制雇佣合同Assist with resume management via various channels (direct applicants, referrals etc)协助各种渠道求职者简历的管理(直接求职者、推荐等)Assist with talent pipeline management协助人才渠道管理Assist with onboarding management - to work closely with talent development team and other human resources areas and travel department with regards to all documents relating to onboarding of successful candidates. For example: medical checks, visas, relocation, personal files, accommodation, transportation, orientation, flight bookings, set up work email address, phone and mobile lines, and business cards.协助入职管理 – 与人才培养团队以及人力资源其他领域人员和差旅部门密切合作处理当选者入职相关的所有文档。例如: 健康检查、签证、搬迁、个人档案、住宿、交通、入职培训、机票预订、设置工作邮件地址、电话和手机线路以及名片。Responsible for the reception of candidates in the recruitment center and interview arrangements负责招聘中心应聘人员接待以及面试安排Responsible for the management of temporary workers and part-time interns (including but not limited to entry for staffs, accommodation arrangements, allowances, etc.)负责临时工、兼职实习生管理(不限于入职办理、住宿安排沟通、津贴发放等事宜)Master the printing of the employment approval forms and follow-up passing on signatures, as well as other preparation for employees before entering the job掌握录用审批表打印及跟进传签,以及其他有关员工入职前的准备操作Basic maintenance of the recruitment system (including but not limited to information input, etc.)招聘系统的基础维护(不限于信息录入等)Table and data related to recruitment statistics be updated periodically, etc.招聘统计相关表格数据不定周期性更新等Ensure Talent Acquisition notice board is up to date on a weekly basis for internal vacancies每周检查人才招聘公告板是否发布最新的内部空缺信息Adhere to the policies, procedures and standard of Atlantis Sanya遵守三亚亚特兰蒂斯度假酒店的政策、程序和标准Any and all other duties as may be assigned by Supervisor/Officer, Human Resources.人力资源督导/职员可能分配的任何和所有其他任务。
