岗位职责： 1、负责酒店内水电系统的日常维护与故障排查，确保设施正常运行； 2、执行预防性维护计划，定期检查供水、供电及排水系统，预防隐患； 3、协助完成酒店内装修及改造项目的水电安装工作，确保施工安全； 4、完成部门领导交代的其他事宜。 任职要求： 1、具备水电安装与维修相关技能，能够独立完成日常维修任务； 2、熟悉电气安全规范，持有电工证者优先； 3、具有良好的服务意识，能够处理突发事件，保证宾客安全与舒适； 4、团队合作意识强，能与前台及其他部门紧密协作，共同提升宾客体验； 5、年龄50岁以内。

【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店中央冷水机组等设备运行积极配合维修工做好设备维护保养工作。 2、按巡检制度根据外界天气变化及时进行空调工况调节。 3、掌握设备运行的技术状况，发现问题立即报告值班工程师或专业工程师。 4、按保养规程做好机房内分管设备、阀门、管道、水泵日常及月度保养工作。 5、设备开、停必须及时转换运行状态牌，尤其是接到维修停台通知后，应立即挂检修牌。 6、记录设备开、停时间，停台修理原因和停台开始及恢复正常状态时间 【岗位要求】 1、1-2年以上同岗位工作经验。 2、身体健康,视力良好。 3、沟通协调能力强，具备良好的团队素质,思路清淅,反应敏捷。 4、岗位需有：电工证、制冷证。

工作概述： 维修保养酒店机电设备和家具、装饰品、地毯、石材、地板等，并制作木制品，根据酒店工作需要安排的其它工作。 主要工作职责： 1. 负责酒店各机电系统设备的维修保养及酒店客房装饰、客人公共区域的日常维护保养维修，计划内的大修、翻新； 2. 负责酒店大厦的建筑、后勤区域装饰及室内外道路地面的日常保养及维修； 3. 根据保养计划对洗衣设备、厨房设备、空调设备、高低压配电设备、弱电设备、给排水设 备、以及所有门、闭门器、窗及铰链进行日常检查、调整及保养工作。
