1.协助酒店市场战略的制订。
Assists with the development of marketing strategies.
2.协助酒店新产品及服务的开发和推广。
Assists with the development of new product themes and services.
3.与客户谈判,确保满足客人的需要,同时又能够实现饭店的利润。
To negotiate with clients ensuring that profitability guidelines of the hotel are adhered to and at the same time, guest needs and expectations are met.
4.对酒店 产品及服务有高度了解,以便更好地向客户销售饭店的服务及设施。
Possesses a high level of product and service knowledge in order to promote services and facilities to customers.
5.拜访有潜力的客户,发展并保持与客户合作的关系。
Accomplishes sales calls on prospective clients to develop and maintain relationship.
岗位要求:
1.了解商务旅游、旅游业国际市场,会议旅游及餐饮销售。
Knowledge in Corporate, Travel Industry, CI & M and Catering sales.
2.能够掌握和理解市场和竞争。
Ability and understanding of the market and competition.
3.具备销售、市场推广、销售方案及策划等方面的专业知识。
With sales & marketing analysis, sales programs and Planning abilities etc.
4.在国际连锁集团饭店担任类似职位有2年以上经验。
Min 2 years experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.

• Monitors and reports on market and competition within own market segment.

• During sales calls, carries out “cross selling” in accordance with corporate and divisional guidelines.

• Undertakes tasks as and when requested to fulfill the marketing and sales objectives of hotel.

• Creative contribution to product and sales development.
对产品及销售和发展做出创造性贡献。
• Participates in planning and realisation of sales campaigns together with Director of Sales /DOSM within defined market segments.

• Assists in planning and coordinating sales activities and events.

• Assists in coordinating the development of all promotions
