Food and /or beverage knowledge (personal interest/ professional). 对餐饮有一定了解（个人爱好/专业）。 3. Technical service skills. 专业服务技能。 4· Personal presentation, clean/tidy. 注意自身形象，保持干净/整洁。

饼房领班【岗位职责】 1、协助厨师长做好厨房工作的协调、组织管理工作； 2、检查督导员工按标准加工、制作甜品、面包等； 3、具体负责每日所需原料的预订和质量检查工作； 4、督促检查员工的仪表仪容、个人卫生及包干区的卫生，做好收尾工作； 5、安排员工值班、轮休，做好各班次间的交接工作； 6、完成上级安排的的其他工作。 【岗位要求】 1、热爱本职工作，工作认真踏实； 2、具有一定的饼房知识和营养学、食品卫生知识； 3、熟练掌握饼房加工、制作技术，具有一定的组织管理能力； 4、高中毕业或具有同等文化程度，有2年饼房工作经历； 5、身体健康，精力充沛。
