1.Be responsible for Concierge Services,
Bell Service & Drivers.

2.Provide detailed and accurate information
to guests and other departments on a wide variety of services and facilities
both within and outside the establishment.

3.Directs and controls all subordinate to
ensure that all operational matters are handles on time and guest expectations
are met.

4.Prepares duty rosters and ensuring most
efficient use of manpower resources.

5.Co-ordinates guest transportation
requirements and takes corrective action in the event of anticipated problems.

6.Supervises luggage, message and guest
delivery and pick-ups.

7.Brief associates on all group arrivals and
departures, itineraries, name of group, number of rooms and name of tour guide
and current house availability

8.Assists in the selection, training and
evaluation of subordinate associates.

1.College or above
大专(含)以上学历优先考虑
2.Relevant Experience in international hotel
brand 1 year above will be preferred
具备国际品牌酒店类似工作1年及以上经验
3.Ability of English communication
具备良好的英文听说读写能力
4.Good Communication skills
良好的谈吐及沟通技巧
5.Pleasantly personality, persistent
