relationships with VIPs to delight and gain loyalty

Remain current-in all hotel
information: events, promotion etc. Answer guests’ inquiries on Hotel facility
and city information

Attend daily briefing

Maintain
and enforce all operational standards and procedures from VIPs’ pre-arrival, to
VIPs ‘arrival, to VIPs’ in-house stay to VIPs’ departure
