Cook, prepare and bake food for guests and associates as per established standard recipes.2. Guide subordinates in preparations and presentations of dishes.3. Follow outlined standard and procedures accordingly.4. Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, grooming and presentation.5. Ensure correct and safe use of all kitchen equipment, machinery and tools.6. Always maintains high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in the kitchen, storage, Fridge’s and freezers.7. Makes sure that all food items are received, checked and stored correctly8. Ensures that all the kitchen equipment is in good working order and reports any faults or damage.9. Participate in on -going training for subordinates.
