ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 主要工作职责:
· According to the request of the general manager and the actual condition of the hotel, make overall safety management and various prevention systems. Examine safety regulation of every department; submit to general manager for approval. Make security department work plan and supervise at work.
根据酒店总经理的要求,结合酒店实际情况.协助安全经理制定总体安全管理方案和各种防范制度,审定各部门拟定的岗位安全制度规定,报请总经理批准后督导实施,制定安全部的工作计划安排,督导各级工作。
· Hold daily work, department meetings, attend hotel morning briefing, implement GM instructions, communication with the superior departments, report to the general manager , examination of the VIP "work plan, and urged the guards are strictly implemented, the staff of the department's ideological work, do well teamwork.
安全部的日常工作,部门例会,部门经理不在时履行安全经理职责,参加酒店晨会,传达贯彻总经理指令,沟通上级部门与保安部的联系,经常向安全经理汇报请示工作,协助部门经理审定酒店“VIP”的警卫工作方案,并督促严格实施,做好本部门员工的思想工作,搞好团结协作。
· Plan and organize regular Departmental training for all staff, especially new staff, paying particular attention to courtesy, efficiency, service standards, grooming, diplomacy and actual job knowledge.
计划并组织定期的部门员工尤其对新员工的培训。定期检查员工的仪容仪表、礼貌礼仪、服务水平、工作效率及专业知识。
· In charge the security department of the hiring of staff recruitment, appraisal, reward and punishment (including outsourced services).
协助部门经理对保安部工作人员的招聘录用、评估、奖惩负责 (包括外包服务人员)。
· Participate in providing and receiving constructive criticism about Department and the hotel as a whole, in order to improve efficiency, productively and guest service.
提供或接受由本部门或整个酒店的各种建设性意见,以提高服务效率和服务质量。
· Maintain good effective working relationships with the local public security authorities, fire departments and other law enforcement agencies, in order to obtain their assistance in this hotel safety.
协助部门经理与当地公安机关、消防部门及其它执法机关保持良好,有效的工作关系,以取得他们对本酒店安全工作协助。
· According to the hotel characteristics, formation of fire prevention team, and improve professional training, the proposed hotel leader with the necessary firefighting equipment and communication facilities and organize members of the department regularly check fire hazards and other unsafe elements, timely report to the General Manager and oversee the departments concerned for rectification.
根据酒店特点,协助部门组建志愿消防队,并搞好专业培训,建议酒店领导配备必要灭火器材和通信设备,组织本部门成员经常检查火险隐患和其他不安全因素,及时提出整改意见,上报安全经理并监督有关部门进行整改。
· Organize training to the employees about the safety (fire, guard against theft, etc.) education and security law education, assist the human resources department for new employee orientation, super intend training employees.
协助酒店领导及部门组织对员工的安全(防火、防盗、保密工作等)教育和遵纪守法教育,配合部门及人力资源部门对新入职员工进行岗前培训,督导检查员工工作。
OTHER RESPONSIBLITIES 其他工作职责:
· Attend all the training, even training outside working hours.
出席所有的培训,即使是工作时间以外的培训。
· Must be ready and responsible when assigned to other mission by the General Manager and Administration.
有责任承担由安全经理安排的其他工作。
REQUIRED SKILLS 岗位技能要求:
· Good communication and writing skills.
良好的沟通和写作技能。
· Problem solving, analyzing, reasoning, organizational and execution abilities.
具有解决问题、分析、推理、组织、及执行能力。
· Diploma degree or above and equivalent.
大专或以上学历及相等学历。
· Hospitality Management, etc. veteran preferred.
酒店管理等相关专业,退伍军人优先。
· Basic English both verbal and written.
具备基础的英文口语及书写能力。
· Good computer skill.
电脑熟练。
· Good team player and corporate attitude.
具备良好团队合作精神。
· Good interpersonal skills required. Interacts with both colleagues and occasionally with guests.
良好的人际交往能力,主要与同事交流,有时可能与客人交流。
