主要职责 Primary Responsibilities :
1、按照国家食品卫生条例负责酒店厨房的食品安全和卫生管理制度。
According to the State Sanitation Policy supervise Kitchen food safety and sanitation management system.
2、负责拟定食品卫生检验计划和食品检验流程。
Responsible for drafting examination plan and procedure for sanitation.3、检查并记录食品生产经营过程的卫生状况,对检查中发现的不符合卫生要求的行为及时制止,并提出处理意见。
Test and record the sanitation status and give reasonable opinions if there isn’t accord with sanitation requirements.
4、对落实酒店餐厅和员工餐厅食品卫生和安全管理制度执行情况进行监督、检查,并提出改进意见。
Examine food sanitation in Restaurant and Staff Canteen, and supervise the management system and put forward any improving comments.
5、建立食品卫生管理档案并定期更新。
Establish food sanitation management file and update at a certain period.
知识和经验 Knowledge and Experience :
1、大专及以上学历;两年以上酒店食品安全岗位工作经验。
College degree or above; More than two years of work experience in hotel food safety positions.2、具备上海市餐饮服务从业人员食品安全知识培训合格证明(A1)。
Having a food safety knowledge training certificate (A1) for catering service practitioners in Shanghai.3、具备处理食物和环境卫生标准的知识,熟知酒店厨房部门及相关区域的运营操作
Having knowledge of handling food and environmental hygiene standards, familiar with the operation of the hotel kitchen department and related areas4、具有较好的沟通能力。
Has good communication skills.
