The Loft Supervisor reports to the Assistant Manager and Manager, supervises the Loft colleagues. Is accountable for overseeing Loft y by providing leadership and overall supervision to Loft  staff while ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction while operating in the established budgets and goals. It is the mission and intent of this position that the incumbent will help in the overall day to day operation, and long term outlook of the catering facilities.
